DESCRIPTION
Welcome to our stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental, perfect for families looking for the ultimate beach getaway. Our home boasts stylish tiki decor combined with modern comforts to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The large outdoor patio with retractable awning is perfect for grilling or enjoying a cup of coffee while taking in the serene morning views or sipping a glass of wine while taking in the beach sunset. The large living room is equipped with a large TV and a comfy sectional sofa, making it the perfect spot for a family movie night.

The chef's kitchen has everything you need for the perfect home-cooked meal that you can enjoy at the large dining table. You can even open up the slider doors to simulate al-fresco dining, bringing the beautiful outdoors inside.

Our two main bedrooms offer the ultimate in comfort and privacy, with a luscious private queen bed in one and two queen beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom in the other. We also have a fourth bed, a convenient Murphy bed off the living room, perfect for larger groups and easily enclosed with a curtain for added privacy.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-This home is the upstairs portion of a duplex. Please be respectful of your downstairs neighbors!

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There is currently a surprise plumbing job being done by the city, and we are actively trying to confirm the timeline of it. This does have the chance of negatively impacting access to parking during certain times in the day until we learn more about their plans. Home is equipped with a two-car garage ('11H x 15'6W x 16'D). There is limited additional street parking or parking lots a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.

Great beach house!
Great beach house with lots of living space and a nicely equipped kitchen. The front deck has a retractable awning which made that space very usable and comfortable during the warmer parts of the day. House was clean and the two car garage was super nice to have as well. Walking distance to food, shops etc. We enjoyed our stay!!

We truly enjoyed this property! It was perfect for our family. Having the large garage space for parking, the beach within walking distance, and the comfy beds were just a few of the things that made this trip so fun! The house is also 10 minutes from Sea World which was where we spent one of our days.

Great family vacation location
The beach was just one block in either direction, which was perfect for vacation with my parents and kids. The rental had towels and chairs, along with an outdoor shower for getting the sand off before going back into the rental. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed for cooking. The grill worked well. And there was plenty of seating. The app for getting all the information you need on the rental was also great. The host company was communicative and easy to reach by text. Note that there are no a lot of food options nearby and the garage is a bit hard to get into with a vehicle larger than a sedan. However, these are minor inconveniences for a clean, comfortable rental in a great location.

Great proximity to beaches
We loved being close to two different beaches! We had the ocean side and the bay side within walking distance. If you are a very light sleeper be prepared for the commercial airplanes flying over head from 6am-11pm. Street parking was challenging for our guests but having a 2 car garage really helped tremendously. The neighbors were having brick pavers installed the first few days and were blocking us from getting into the garage but moved when asked. Also it’s a very large garage compared to other places we have stayed in Mission Beach. The unit is very spacious. Lots of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and boogies boards! The only thing I would add is a larger cooler on wheels. We would definitely stay here again!

Mission beach
The house was a nice, clean, and roomy 2 bedroom house. The Murphy bed worked great for extra sleeping space. Beds were comfy too. Location was wonderful. Ocean front is always a plus for us but this house was in the middle between the ocean and bay so you had good choices on either with beaches on both sides. Very close to the zoo and seaworld too. Would stay there again and recommend it. Fun fun fun

A place full of welcome surprises!
Most comfortable beds ever! Master shower has two shower heads. Tons of beach items…towels, umbrella, boogie boards. Brand new grill. Gas oven. Covered patio with comfort outdoor couch/seat. Short walk to the beach, volleyball, and entertainment. We loved our stay and highly recommend this house!!

Our stay
We felt overall this was a good property. The beds and the linens were very comfortable. There was lots of hot water. The location was close to the bay and walking distance to the beach. The bay was clean and very quiet while the beach was very busy( which I’m sure is normal). The area the house is at was very crowded. Anything bigger than a mid sized car will have problems getting in and out of the garage and neighborhood. It, however, was very quite and felt Safe. The kitchen had lots of pans and silverware, but could have been stocked better on other items, such as bowls, crockpots, RAGS for the kitchen and cleaning supplies. The house came with air conditioning, which was nice but the master bath and front bedroom were extremely cold while the rest of the house struggled to cool down. Because it’s an upstairs unit, it is hard to get all your luggage upstairs ( just something to think about. ) The house was nice but just had an older vibe to it. Make sure to bring some extension cords because the outlets were in awkward positions or hard to get to. A lot of these things cannot be changed and we get that, these are just things we would have liked to know. Things we wish we would have had there: Apple TV or someway to stream from the tv. Better vacuum Plastic wrap, ziplock type items Crockpot Extension cords Mixing bowls Larger tubber ware Recommendations of places to eat and shop Recommendations for places to rent beach items The staff was absolutely incredible and anytime We needed something they were more than happy to help right away. We would stay there again now knowing these things and what we needed to bring. The provided 4 really nice beach chairs and 4 new boogie boards as well.

Pro's and Con's
Pros: Very close to beaches, not far to drive to most main attractions. The house was a great size and set up for our family. Cons: Neighbors don't care for renters which limited our use of the great outdoor space, it was not worth dealing with their rudeness. One night they blocked off the street in front of the rental and had a party in the street, we had to close all of the doors to keep the noise at bay and could only leave through the back ally. In general the neighbors who lived around the rental gave a very unfriendly and unwelcoming vibe. 710 property managers were empathetic but they really can't do anything about people who live in the neighborhood. If I returned to this area I would not rent this particular house again due to the neighbors. It did put a damper on our trip.

Great bayside location. Clean and well-maintained unit. Plenty of room to gather in the living room plus good-sized patio. 2-car garage was a nice amenity for us since we brought our SUPs.
