Amazing!
My children and I stayed here for a few days. It is steps away from Mission Beach. The cottage had everything you would need for your stay. There is ample room for a family. It was quiet even during the busy weekend. If you drive a large vehicle, you will need to park on the street or in the bay parking area as the garage is small. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone!

Ocean view/bayview can't decide? This place has both!!!!
My husband and I booked this place with the intention of meeting up with our sons who live there and some friends for a nice Mother's Day BBQ and hangout, I am an avid cook and found the kitchen to be well stocked and other than having to find things, the knives were sharp, there were plenty of plates, glassware and utensils to suit our needs for this special holiday! The host was super responsive and quick to reply to my questions. There is plenty of parking just down the street from the house so don't worry that your vehicle won't fit in the garage (Everything is small in Mission beach) Having the outdoor patio with a big table and fire table was a huge plus for us too, we had enough room to eat and then play games and you could see the ocean looking one way and the bay the other. BTW I would also highly recommend PB golf Cart rentals (Ask for Aiden) which are pictured in the house photos, we had a 6 seater golf cart that perfectly fit in the garage and was a total blast touring the area. Will definitely be back!!!

Close to water
The property was perfectly cozy! 3bedrooms and two bath and the closest I’ve ever been to the boardwalk and bay. Literally just steps to either side. Perfect for our family and friends to stay over a couple of the outlets didn’t work properly but overall one of the best experiences I’ve had. Also, the property is fully stocked with everything you could need. We brought plenty of beach and kitchen supplies, but there was no need to pull them out.

Place is small. Good location - couch on patio needs new cushions and floor at front bathroom is ready to cave it. Place was clean. Wifi came and went. Parking is bad - garage is near impossible to park in unless you have a tiny car. Overall, we had a nice time

The location was awesome! The rooms were clean. There were good amenities in the house. It was a little noisy as the unit above was doing laundry at all hours of the night. There are a lot of people driving by at all hours as well as there is a busy parking lot on fhat street

The property is well kept and perfect for our needs. It's not fancy by all means but is well taken care off and nicely decorated for beach ambiance. Location is great being steps aways from beach and bay, the best of both worlds.

Location is everything!
This house is by far in the greatest location a block from the ocean and 100 yards from the bay. Front patio is perfect for a great time. Would gladly rent it again was a amazing time!

Do not stay if you want a nights sleep
Terrible! Party in a joining condo owned by same people! Had glass bottle thrown at us after calling police late at night! Kept up till 330am with 47 people screaming and shouting stomping on floor! Owner never responded to complaint and paid a lot of money to stay! Very sad do not stay here unless you want to stay up all night and party! Amenities sub par nothing in kitchen to cook on!

The only negatives were that we couldn’t keep the fire pit lit, the grill only had 2 burners that worked and not very many windows had screens. But we still enjoyed ourselves and would do it again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as advertised. Close to both the bay and the ocean. My only recommendation is to repair the screens on the windows. Not having a/c was not a problem, however the flies were. Other than that awesome stay😁

Perfect spot for fireworks!
The patio at this property is priceless. We spent every night on the patio eating dinner, enjoying the fresh air and ample people watching. The inside got a little warm and most of the windows didn’t have screens but overall we loved our stay and would recommend this property.

Great location
Short stroll to the beach or the bay. No view of water but also not heavy traffic walking by either if you were on the boardwalk. Place was very clean. We had a hard time getting the TV to work but didn't really want to watch anyways. The biggest drawback was the parking, one very tight garage then good luck find a spot to park another car. Would stay here again if we can afford another trip.

Perfect location and patio!
We spent most of our time on the very large, comfortable patio! Location is perfect! One block to bay side and just across Mission Blvd. to the beach. Within walking distance to everything MB and PB related. Garage is quite small. Couldn’t fit our Ford Explorer but there was plenty of space on bay side parking lot one block away. We will definitely stay there again!

Amazing space with great location!
Pictures of listing were very accurate. The space was perfect for my group of 7 adults. All amenities worked great and having a fully stocked and functioning kitchen made our cooking much more pleasurable. Since it’s a great location we were able to enjoy great restaurants during the day within walking distance and experience nightlife within a short 5-10minute drive. Being sooo close to the beach made our stay great as well. Will return in the future!

Best birthday ever!!!
House and host were amazing. Location location location. The only negative is when a bunch of kids we had met earlier, drove by, jumped out of their cars and wanted to party. They were VERY loud. And it was late. Woke up neighbors. Not good. I felt bad. Otherwise wonderful weekend!!
