The entire property, including the 2-bedroom guesthouse is privately yours to enjoy! Attached to the main house is the converted garage - the ultimate entertainment zone (or bonus bedroom). Each bathroom is a masterpiece of custom tile and luxury finishes. The large modern kitchen with an island bar plus an 8 seating dining table, is an entertainer's dream.

PARKING: The driveway can fit up to 4 cars, there is free street parking available around the neighborhood.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house, guest house, game room, pool, entertainment veranda, courtyard, laundry area, driveway, and front yard. Enjoy complete privacy and the freedom to make the space your own during your stay!

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other things to note:

- NOISE: Please note that this is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

- POOL HEAT is $150/day (82 degrees) - 2 day minimum. SPA HEAT is complimentary and included in your stay. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates.

- PET FEE of $100 covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home. Up to two dogs allowed.

- EXTRA GUESTS: There is an extra guest fee of $50 per day / guest which applies after 16 guests. 18 allowed maximum.

- EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT: Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.

- SAFETY: Use the pool area at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please watch young children around water.
