Located in charming North Pacific Beach, this resort style living building includes heated pool, hot tub, 24/7 security & a rooftop sky deck with BBQ's & stunning 360 degree panoramic views. *Note no A/C in this home, fans are provided.

As you enter our sky high condo you'll feel like you're floating on the water. The bright & sunny open floorplan main living area includes an ocean front balcony with panoramic ocean views, floor to ceiling windows, wood floors, dual sofas, SMART TV & designer features throughout. Enjoy dining with a view?... You'll love the adjacent dining area with a separate window looking North towards Law St park & multi-million dollar homes along the La Jolla coastline, a rare treat only for corner units. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, full kitchenware & views out to the main living area.

Enjoy ocean & sunset views from the comfort of your own King bed in our spacious master suite, which includes it's own SMART TV, closet & ensuite bath (shower). Off the hallway is a full bath (tub/shower combo) as well as br#2 with 2 Queen beds, SMART TV & rare views to the North (towards La Jolla) that include Law St. Park + PB Point & Tourmaline surf beaches.

“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Out your front door is a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Ocean Front Walk, Cass St & Turquoise St. Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Leilani's Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!), & Second Nature bar/organic eatery to name a few. Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house! Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.
• Attractions
A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~10min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~20min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Perfect San Diego getaway!
The condo exceeded our expectations! As soon as we walked in we were in awe of not only how beautiful the condo is but how spectacular the view is with all the windows! Holiday Beach Getaway
All I can say is wow!! Our condo at capri by the sea on the 10th floor with absolutely fantastic… It starts when you walk in the front door to the beautiful starfish picture and turn the corner and look at the ocean thru all of the big beautiful windows, you feel like you’re floating on the water.!!!The condo is decorated in such comforting and calming decor, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in, and we just couldn’t help sitting and enjoying looking at the surfers, the dog walkers, and the beautiful ocean itself. We took 2 mile walks each day on the beach and had some very delicious meals at close by eateries. Thank you capri by the sea for making our holiday beach getaway one we will always remember. We will definitely be back to this beautiful corner unit condo!

PB at its best!
Fantastic expansive view of the ocean all the way to the horizon. Property was clean and well maintained. It was updated and had very comfortable furnishings. Walking distance to great restaurants, and you can walk along the beach for miles! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation home and will rent it again!

Amazing Stay in a Gorgeous Location
This was my 1st time staying in this particular unit at Capri by the Sea, but my 3rd time at Capri by the Sea. The 10th floor unit was absolutely spectacular. I was with 2 friends celebrating my birthday and the location provided the ideal backdrop for a weekend getaway. The unit itself is very well appointed with beach gear, chairs, etc. We had everything we needed. The location itself is what makes Capri by the Sea so magical. Right at the edge of the beach, so easy to get into town/restaurants/bars, and the sound of the waves rolling helped us all sleep incredibly well. I've stayed on the 3rd floor and the 5th floor, but the 10th floor views were breathtaking. The team at SurfStyle managed the whole process easily and efficiently and stayed in touch, helping us along the way as needed. They were very responsive. I cannot give this unit and the property overall a high enough rating. It has quickly become one of my favorite places on the planet.

Spectacular view, great location
We used this as our home base for a family vacation to San Diego, including visiting the zoo, Sea World, and Legoland. It was in a great central location, and in the mornings/evenings we were right on the beach. Lots of little restaurants in the neighborhood. The sound of the ocean was nice to fall asleep to as well.
