POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, parking, wifi, local eats, & area attractions.

Perfect located, nice and clean condo!
The condo is perfect located in a safe and quiet area. There are many restaurants you can reach without the car. The studio has everything you need. Perfect for two. If you have a sensitive sleep, maybe all the lights (microwave, wlan, van …) are disturbing. Also you hear every step in the unite above. We used an eyemask and it was ok. I asked surfstyle vacations for more towels, 3 for 9 days with 2 people, weren’t enough. There was no response and no additional towels have been provided. So I had to wash. But this was no reason for us, not to love the place and give 5 stars!

The location is great! Walk right out onto the bay.. easy access to everything. Quiet area! The interior of the rental is not as nice as the photos make it look. Older than the photos and the cleanliness was not up to our standards, needed a much better cleaning job. We still had a great time and property management was very easy to communicate with! Also the heater/ac unit did not work and parking is extremely SMALL make sure you have a very compact car

Great location
The place was how it was described and pictured. Check in and out was easy and very well communicated. It was just my husband and I so the space was perfect for us. The location was great. We rented bikes for the days we were there and biked everywhere. There was good restaurants and coffee cafe’s with in walking distance. The place was clean, the toilet is def behind the door but it didn’t bother us at all. I think the place could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall the place was great! I would def recommend and I would def stay again, The place is on the inlet side not the ocean but we liked it bc it was quieter with a beautiful view. The ocean was a short walk across the street. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, the place was awesome. Comfortable bed. It was equipped with everything you need. The only thing that was a negative was the parking spot for this unit was very tight and you had to park by trash cans and stagnant water. Had to worry about getting dinged by whoever parked next to us be it’s it was very tight and the spot was short.

A delightful studio in a prime location. Comfy bed with the best pillows ever! Loved having my own kitchen. Thank you for beach chairs and towles! had lovely quiet neighbors. But the house next door had a huge family staying with lots of noise, so that wasn't the best. Lots of flies. But I would stay here again!

Great location!
This property is in a great location steps away from Mission Beach, but very calm on the Bay Walk. It is right in the center of the Bay Walk with people walking, running, and biking right in front during the day, but very quiet at night. The property was very clean and stocked with everything you might need. The bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

property as advertised - great location, easy to get to and the parking is excellent - nice patio area too - one thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom is small and the door opens in, right in front of the toilet so the space to enter the bathroom is tight, even if you aren't a person of size. Property is well set up otherwise - good amenities, nice floor plan. Bed is comfy and not to hight (so good for those of use with shorter legs!) kitchen area is well set-up for eating in if that's your preference. Bayside location is nice because it's quieter - right on the path that traverses the length of the bayside with easy access to beach volleyball set-up and views across to the rowing club.
