„I loved staying here. i was surprised to see a note as i walk in stating volume buttons on the tv do not work. Upon further investigation, the TV has a heavy layer of dust on it. It is a plasma from 2012. As a tech geek i hate that the TV is so outdated. As a consumer i dont like that nothing about the TV was said in the listing. Outside of that, the stay was magnificent. 1 star taken away because there was no prior communication about a broken tv, “

„Wir waren super zufrieden ! Auch die Kommunikation zwischen uns und dem Vermieter der Unterkunft war immer super und unkompliziert auch wie Probleme während des Aufenthalts auftraten wurden diese ihm gemeldet und innerhalb kürzester Zeit umgehend behoben . Wir wurden bestens umsorgt ! Wenn wir nochmal nach Los Angeles kommen, werden wir sofort dort wieder buchen .“

„Terrible experience. When we arrived it was occupied by someone else, who told us they had a long term rental. We called the manager, left messages, texted, all with no reply to any of it. We contacted VRBO twice and no help. We feel we were scammed and cancelled our credit card. We made a fraudulent claim on our credit card because we received no service for the money we spent!! We were also given the wrong door code and walked in on another family in a different apt.“

„Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star.“

„I booked knowing I was getting a good rate for being a new listing. I was overall satisfied with my stay. Owner is friendly and communicative. However, the property still needs some basic amenities (such as forks) and has overstock of others (full set of steak knives). Not sure if the heaters are working and this did impact some comfortability. The place is easy to access.“

„The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here.“

„Sadly, an unexpected situation with our stay occurred. The listing displayed, showed a delightful area for sleeping, eating and grassy yard for our pets that we received approvals for 1 service dog and 1 non service dog. The area was under construction, no place for dogs to roam and play. During a shower, i noticed water all over the floor & informed host. Shortly after bathroom use, the toilet began to leak which was very unsanitary. I informed host that we just couldn't complete the stay. She ...

Convenient location if you are travelling around LA and Anaheim.The interior is dated and the photos don't show that one of the bedrooms is the front foyer just with a bed in it. The oven didn't work which was annoying after buying a bunch of food.Added plus of not being charged to heat the hot tub unlike most other properties in the area. “

„While you may share the upstairs bathroom with another guest, the place is absolutely spotless. You can use the fridge and anything else. If you are renting a car, I do suggest a narrower one for the smaller space in the garage. Other than that you have a clean, friendly and safe place to stay. Communication was very good, and I had no trouble during my time there. It is also convenient to public transit.“
