„We loved staying at this property. Comfortable beds, and the villa was immaculate. Our kids loved having the outdoor shower(s) and private pool. If other people were staying on the property, we didn't see them. We did not rent a 4wheel drive vehicle, which is highly recommended. The road leading to the villa was VERY steep. We were fine, but if it had rained during our stay we might have a different opinion on that choice!“

„The Treehouse was perfect for the last part of our Belize holiday. Tito, the caretaker was on site when we arrived. He was extremely helpful & communication was prompt. We liked how it is centrally located, so we could enjoy the many activities in and around San Ignacio. Loved hearing all the sounds of the jungle in the mornings and cooling off in the pool late in the day. A rare find for a truly different lodging experience; we would recommend The Treehouse. “

„Very clean cabin with amenities--fridge and cooking supplies. Screened in porch providing excellent view. For the enterprising you can walk into town easy enough that feels safe during the daytime. San Ignacio is a brisk 25 minute walk downhill. Hosts very friendly, helpful, and communicative.“

„Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. Property was well positioned for visiting San Ignacio and Santa Elena. Property has similar name as another in area so can be confusing to locate if you're not paying attention but I don't fault the host for that.Lockbox was tricky to open for accessing keys but again a very trivial thing.Overall we were very happy with our stay.“

„Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Front room has no A/C but if both bedroom doors were open and the fans were turned on, it cooled down nicely. We only used the A/C when we were there during the day and we were fine. The furnishings were fine too. Neighbor hood was typical Belize with both nice and run down houses. We loved having coffee on the back patio listening to the birds and the plunge pool was refreshing after a day exploring the town. „We stayed here mainly to visit Mayan temples in the region. There are 2 super markets in a 2 min walking distance and because we had a rental car we did not mind not being closer to downtown San Ignacio. It is not that far, but for walking it is. The house had all needed facilities and functioning appliances, but don’t expect modern state of the art US style appliances. Overall good value for money.“

We also liked that the pool was opened late. They have a great bar, cafe and gift shop as well. "Die Loge ist wunderschön in Natur gelegen und hat sogar ein eigenes Wanderpfad. Da wir Mietwagen hatten, war für uns die Lage kein Problem. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer gemietet, alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, obwohl schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück wurde durch einheimischen Paar vorbereitet, super lecker und für fairen Preis. Das Personal auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen."
