„Very nice condo, beautiful grounds, convenient location for grocery stores and restaurants using Uber. Uber pickup usually within 3 minutes, unless they couldn't find our location, usually when downtown. Owners quickly responsive to questions/ problems. Beautiful sunrises from the bed in master bedroom. Very hot end of Sept. unless by the water where there was a nice breeze. Would stay here again. Great restaurants. Would stay here again. “

„This property is absolutely gorgeous. 2nd floor unit facing the beach with panoramic views. Two nice pools, palapas on the beach, and a quick walk to the beach. Community is convenient to several grocery stores and about 15 minutes from the art district. There was a hiccup with our stay. The unit above us was getting exterior construction that we were not made aware of. The unit's management company said the HoA had not notified them either. They tried to get the work stopped but ...

The best location with peace and quiet overlooking the mountains and gold course. Close to shoppes and the beach, an amazing location. Everything from booking to arrival and departure was perfect! „The place ..the view...the long beach you can walk in both directions for just a walk...food..a little drink or simply to watch to surfers is wondeful. The complex itself is quite and friendly. If you are up to exploring, not being right in the middle of an all night party place this is for you. We all enjoyed our stay.“

„We had a great time at the property. We go to cabo every year and try out different locations. This is the first time we decided that we would likely come back to this location. It is well configured, clean, close to the beach and spacious. The kitchen and bath are very well equipped. Only downside is that the restaurants within walking distance are extremely pricey. We had a car and drove to other spots for dinner.“
