Spektakuläres 3000-Sf-Haus mit Swimmingpool, Basketballplatz und Sonnenterrasse mit Meerblick auf den Strand von Luquillo und Bergblick auf den Regenwald von El Yunque.

Diese Ferienvilla befindet sich in einer privaten Wohnanlage mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst. Das Haus ist ein 4 Schlafzimmer, das ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem 50-Zoll-Fernseher, Queensize-Betten in den Zimmern Nr. 2 und 3 und ein Etagenbett (Full / Twin) im 4. Schlafzimmer umfasst. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Ausziehsofa und eine Einzelbettcouch / Futon im Hinterzimmer. Jedes Zimmer im Haus ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Villa verfügt über eine offene Terrasse im Erdgeschoss mit einem Esstisch für 8 Personen. Das Familienzimmer ist mit einem 60-Zoll-LED-4K-Fernseher ausgestattet. Das hintere Spielzimmer ist mit einem 43-Zoll-Fernseher mit einem Xbox One-Spielesystem (2 Controller) und verschiedenen Spielen ausgestattet. Die Villa ist mit Kabelfernsehen, 150 mps Wi-Fi und drahtlosen Lautsprechern ausgestattet. Hinterhof hat einen 15x30 Nieren geformten Swimmingpool mit Beleuchtungssystem und BBQ-Grill mit Propantank. Der Außenbereich bietet auch einen Holzkohle- / Grill und eine Waschstation. Der Poolbereich verfügt über ein Außenbad mit Außendusche.

Die Villa im Resort-Stil verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Granit-Küche mit voll ausgestatteten Küchenutensilien und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl. Die Waschküche verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Das Haus ist mit einem 600 Gallonen Reservetank ausgestattet und wird mit heißem Wasser versorgt.

Die Villa befindet sich im Nordosten von Puerto Rico und ist nur wenige Minuten vom wunderschönen Strand Luquillo und dem Regenwald El Yunque entfernt. Weitere Touristenattraktionen in der Nähe sind die Bio Bay Fajardo, die berühmten Kioske von Luquillo und der Seven Seas Beach. Vieques und Culebra sind mit den nahegelegenen Fähren oder mit dem Flugzeug erreichbar. Der El Conquistador Golfplatz und der Rio Mar Golf Culb sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wonderful Stay
This place was wonderful with the property located in a gated community. The property had such character, the host thought of everything possible to have a delightful stay! It was hard taking the kids away from the pool and basketball court located in the backyard. The check-in instructions were great, the property is in a good location and the communication was great with a quick turn around for answers. The only thing I would suggest is touch up paint and sanding some of the walls to remove the little eye sores because this place was like a little gift in its own and touching up those few suggestions would be the beautiful bow to add the finishing touch on the gift! The eye sores would not stop me from visiting again but it would be nice to see it more polished because it is such a beautiful property. I also kept in mind the island has been victim to many storms and I know it is a process so I didn't take away from my review I just wanted to suggest. We were a group of 3 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough space! The host truly knew how to situate the rooms in the house to take advantage of the space. This was a wonderful visit and thanks for the great family time and memories! See you soon!

Wonderful villa for our family vacation
This villa provided a peaceful location for our family to relax after day trips to Old San Juan, Luquillo beach, and El Yunque National Forest. There were nearby bars and dining options, coffee shops, and grocery store. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. The balcony and upper patio area provided a view of the ocean. The pool was wonderful and the basketball court was unexpected. The outdoor lawn areas was expansive - we wished we had packed our kubb game.

In a short summary, this property is beautiful but unfortunate. It’s rundown and has a lot of water damage within the house and it seems the owner is not keeping it up. When it rain water will come through the windows. At the end, we have some issues with bedbugs which are we dealing with now. When I bought it to the owners attention about the leaks, all he said was yeah we record the windows. It’s so sad because the property is beautiful, but we paid a good amount of money to stay here so please disregard this property when you’re renting in luquillo.

The house is nice and spacious but needs a little work. The paint for some walls are peeling off ( looks like mold) and the pool wasn’t clean. Even though we enjoyed our stay and had a great time in family. I will definitely come back.

We loved this property, especially the back yard!! Beautiful and huge with activities to keep everyone in our group happy. We didn’t spend much time inside but it was clean and spacious and worked well for us. Somethings are a little rundown but only cosmetically. We also loved the location. It was easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores, the beach and the airport. Would highly recommend to a group who loves spending time outdoors!!

Absolutely incredible rental property
Juan, first things, first. We had a great time at your Luquillo property. We usually take our family vacations at the beach. This was the first time we have taken our annual PR family vacation off-beach. We felt totally safe inside a dual gated community. We were very impressed with the owner’s response to a minor maintenance issue, he had it taken care of immediately. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed and more. When we weren’t exploring the countryside, we lounged by the beautiful pool or just enjoyed the quietness of the terraces. Our totally enjoyable, week long experience, was mostly due to the location and all the facilities/amenities available at your Pitahaya property. The location was perfect. It gave us access to numerous interesting places to visit/explore. We went to 3 different beaches, El Yunque Rainforest, Ziplining and Hacienda Chocolat where we toured an “Eco” cacao farm. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental property to everyone we know!! Thanks Juan for your outstanding support and help!!

Birthday trip well spent
We rented this house to celebrate my mothers 65th birthday. There were 5 women, 3 over 50. Overall the house was lovely. It is in a great little gated community. Easy to find via google maps. Very close to stores, the beach, the kiosks and other restaurants. For our needs we may have changed some things a bit. There are 3 TVs but the ones in common areas aren’t really set up for gathering. The water pressure in the showers was fairly nonexistent but the water got hot so that’s a plus. The tile floors could have used a few rugs as they are cold. The room with the bunk beds could use bit of a rethink. As an adult I couldn’t sit up on the bottom bunk. I’m 5’5 but still too tall. I think even if it were two twins but seperate it would have been more comfortable HOWEVER the master bedroom is massive and the balcony off it is beautiful. The covered dining outside is also lovely. The pool though small is GREAT to have. We spent a lot of time sun bathing and taking quick dips in the pool. Could use an extra lounger and we bought a new pool floaty and left it for the next guests. I would absolutely happily stay at this home again. It was easy communicating with the owner. It was an easy drive from the airport. The community was quiet except for the birds and the frogs. Iguanas will come hang out by the pool so don’t freak out. Overall it was a great time and price for value was spot on.

Slechte staat van onderhoud
Voor een dergelijke woning met een dergelijke tarief verwacht je niet dat het plafond lekt, de koelkast gedeeltelijke niet werkt, het hele huis vochtig is van binnen en dat de verf van de muren los komt. Daarnaast hadden we lost van ongedierte (kakkerlakken). Dit nog los van het feit dat de totale inrichting oud is, XBOX zitten geen opladers in, wc's zijn zeer oud en vies, zelfde voor de wastafels, etc. De locatie is perfect, de omgeving is goed, echter dit huis was jaren geleden waarschijnlijk een top villa, maar nu niet meer.

Looks great but has problems
We stayed at this house with our family. Seven of us in all. The location and neighborhood were great. The kids loved the pool. It’s close to the Yunque National Rain Forrest and beaches. I’d give this house a five star rating if it weren’t for the overall state of disrepair. During heavy rains (think rain forest) the entire house leaked so much water everything was wet. The windows, ceilings and walls all leaked. Regretfully we were there during Fiona when there was a lot of rain BUT other homes in the neighborhood didn’t experience the same problem. There was at least a 1/4 inch of water covering most of the family room and dining room every morning. We had to squeegee it out every day. More leaks popped up everyday coming out of light fixtures and bedrooms ceilings. It’s most likely the reason many of the lights and outlets in the house don’t work. The owner seems to think this is normal for concrete houses but the neighbors didn’t have the same problem. Overall the house looks great on paper and could be a great rental but it needs repair. The owner gave us a partial refund and offered a hotel for our last night to compensate us which I appreciated. IF the home gets repaired I would highly recommend but it’s in a high rain area and in my opinion isn’t safe with water flowing in and around electrical outlets. The neighbors were amazing and loaned us a gas cook stove when power outage left us with no way to cook. The house has an electric cooktop. The BBQ that came with the home was broken. Neighbors jumped in to help and we are forever grateful for their kindness.
