Stay away! Worst customer support I've ever experienced
The view is pretty amazing, but everything else was bad enough to make this my #1 worst vacation rental experience ever. I typically do not give bad reviews, but I hope this review can dissuade you from making the same mistake I made. We were a group of 8 including my adult children and their partners. Here is a short list of the issues:- communicaiton with the host before booking was absolutely frustrating. At first they cliamed they had not recieved the final payment. I thought, no problem, let's get that taken care of so that we can enjoy the rest of our trip before going to Fajardo. No luck... I spent HOURS tyring to first reach, and then to solve the issue with little or no response from the host. I believe this is a company that is hired for the puprose of hosting. They were uncharactristically bad, considering every other encoutner we had in PR was excellent. - We arrived at the unit to find out that it was still being cleaned and were told to come back 3 hours later.- the inside of the unit is decent, but smaller and more worn out than the pictures would lead you to believe. The rooms are quite small- there were 4 towels (very thin ones) for 8 people. One was so thin that it disintegrated when we first tried to use it. So we were left with 3 towels... fun!- the washer and drier are outside, and neither worked well. The drier did not dry. Beyond the inconvenience we were left wondering if the bed sheets and towels in the unit had even been washed.

Security and safety issues. Misleading advertising
The entrance was a total mess. The entry door did not have a locking mechanism to close from the inside, so we had to use a screwdriver to secure it. The apartment did not have a microwave, hand towels, or any soap, shampoo, or toiletries, apart from soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. The kitchen had utilities, knives, and forks for two people. The master room did not have curtains, so the sun woke us up at 6 AM, and there were no curtains in the living room. Additionally, the apartment was extremely hot, and the only thing that seemed to be working properly was the air conditioning. The towels smell like they clean it with floor detergent.

Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
This property is very well located and with lots of potential but it is missing some love. You could see some parts of the house getting ruined down and that has not been taken care off, appliances not working like coffee maker that was a huge deal for us. Another issue for us was not to find necessary things such as hand towels, microwave, and pillows without sheets! How can you have a comfortable sleep with a comforter pillow case over a hard mattress. Trash cans full at the front of the house for our whole stay, and damaged chairs and coolers full of dirty water outside making it look down. As far a communication I’m doubting if it was a technology issue or not good communication from the host who said property information was provided which we not received until we arrived and were waiting to be able to get in after check in time for a while because we did not have any details and manual was never found so rules where never shared. As I said before, loots of potential because of location but it need live and a good administration.
