No reception area/guard or any personnel on site EVER!
You arrive to a closed entrance gate without a guard, you have to call a phone number (glad I had my phone as I normally do not use it during vacations) to be let in the property. Then they tell you to scan a code (again the phone) and once done registering online to call them back for access codes. To come and go I have to memorize 2 different codes, the gate and the door to the room and if you want ice you have to memorize a 3rd code to the main lobby.
I then had to deal with a couple of drunks playing loud music and singing karaoke and having very loud intimate relations in the jacuzzi next door.After many calls to the number provided Carla did her best trying to reach out to the couple next door via phone but without luck. She mentioned that the cops were on their way but no one ever arrived. I did not get any sleep that night or felt safe. The room seemed cleaned however the coffee creamer was a gum looking product and the basket it was in was covered in mold. Carla offered me a refund for the night if I wanted to leave but at 9 pm on a holiday weekend you cannot find anything under 1k per night in the area. They absolutely need someone on site to assist with check in and any other issues and should provide all guests with a gate fab if no one is there to open it as it is not safe to get out of a car at night to open a gate.
