„While the property is peaceful and quiet, just minutes away there are so many fun, interesting things to do. We’ve stayed on several of the San Juan Islands, but San Juan Island itself is much more slow paced than most. The house has a beautiful, tranquil view, and the bed is extremely comfortable (and I am picky). „We loved this location and how effortless it made our stay. So simple to access from the ferry and a quick walk to all of the restaurants and shops which allowed us to use our two days efficiently. Lots of easy street parking (but be careful they do pay attention to the time limits; we got a warning) and easy drive to lots of other great things on the island. Only feedback being that the bed is on the smaller side and the shower is very tight but does the trick for a short stay. “

„We spent a week in this beautiful home with our 2 kids and my mother-in-law. It was lovely to be able to enjoy the beach, the wildlife (deer, river otters, seals and herons) and the sunsets! „It was quiet and beautiful. The cabin is definitely rustic, although has all the amenities you want, (wifi, dishwasher, etc.) There is a gorgeous nature preserve close by, and I took walks and did an enormous jigsaw puzzle while feeling like I was in a treehouse. “

„Our VRBO rental on Lopez Island was a very relaxing place. It was easy to find, The property was in a beautiful secluded spot on the island. Most evenings we drove / hiked to Shark Reef Sanctuary to watch the sunset. 50 years ago I first visited the San Juan Islands, and I hoped someday I would return. „Alle Fähren waren komplett ausgebucht. Unbedingt reservieren! Als Fußgänger kann man aber immer mit. Also Auto dagelassen in Anscortes. Völlig problemlos weil das Hotel einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice hat. Super!“

"Das Hotel hat eine super Roof-Top Bar. Der Ort Anacortes bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Essengehen und Frühstücken. Das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption war super unfreundlich. Wir hatten in der Tat in den USA noch keinen unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter an einer Hotelrezepion erlebt. Da muss das Management etwas machen - wir gehen deswegen auf jeden Fall nicht mehr in das Majestic Inn. Das Hotel ist außerdem ein „PET friendly Hotel“ was super unangenehm war. Die diversen Hunde in den umliegenden Zimmern hatten unentwegt gebellt. Von Entspannung keine Rede."
