„Our family really enjoyed this property all around. The condo is spacious and has a great layout. There is a porch out back which is relaxing as well as upper balconies with ocean views. Easy access to the pool and beach as well.The Owner had great communication and left detailed instructions on accessing the property. We would definitely rent again.“

„Great location. Home needs some upkeep but the pool and location were great. Home has antiquated appliances that mostly work as they should. Maintenance could be better on building ,exterior was decent. Interior was fairly clean but a good coat of paint is needed. Location is great, near the beach. No AC but plenty of fans.“

„The view was absolutely beautiful. The property had so much Potential. It did need Updating. When something went wrong, they did come down right away. Yes there were bugs But You are Practically Staying in the woods so of course there will be bugs. While we were there The whole island lost electricity. But since our place was on solar, we didn't have too much Of an issue. We did not like that the forth bedroom was separate from the house, but we made due.“

„Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . “

„We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. „The property is quite large and is a nice island house. The bedrooms have air conditioning and it seems like the house has undergone some renovations as many parts look new. The best feature of the house is the very large porch with multiple hammocks. We spent most our time here. The host was fantastic and ensured we had everything we need. The only surprise was the location. The map on VRBO is not correct and the home is further away from the city than indicated on the site.“
