The house is the perfect size and location is spot on for enjoying coffee in the morning and watching the waves come in and beautiful sunsets in the evening. „The location was great. The house was cute and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a maintenance issues we discovered upon arrival, and property management sent someone over right away to fix the issue. We did not encounter any other issues during our stay. „We had a wonderful one-night stay with our family! The property was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoyed visiting and playing cards. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and we were able to experience a lovely sunset together. The only small suggestion we have is to add a Keurig to the kitchen in place of the regular coffee pot for added convenience. Overall, the stay was awesome, and we’d love the opportunity to stay here again!“

„The house was just as described: close to the beach and very nice. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The only negative, and it is small, is that the tub shower on the main floor is EXTREMELY slippery and poses a hazard. A few tub appliques might be in order. Otherwise, we LOVED our visit and hope to return.“

„Fun time. Surprised at angle of balcony allowed seeing sun and moon rises when it is not a beach front unit. Updated interior was great, layout a bit wacky. Windy foggy weather was not fully cooperating to enjoy more outdoor activity. My vehicle was sprayed with something in the undercovered parking area that required a car wash to remove crud. Wish it wasn't so hard to navigate Texas traffic and road construction, will be looking for alternate routes. Was entertaining to watch the construction ...

„We lived our stay. Sea Isle is the perfect spot for those who love the beach and love to fish. This is our 4th stay in the neighborhood and this is such a great location with tons of room. We used the kitchen quite a bit, spent tons of time on the patio, and loved the bathroom and bedroom space. Like other reviews have stated, there is a bit of a musty smell downstairs but, honestly, that is pretty normal in the downstairs areas of these homes. We spent most of our time outside anyway. “
