„Our stay was very pleasant in Oceano. The condo was very spacious, kept in good condition and good layout for family with upstairs and downstairs. We enjoyed the labels in the kitchen cabinets, the sunsets and walking to Efren’s for taco Tuesday. Whole family enjoyed it time as we were very close to the dunes in oceano and pismo was just a few short minutes away. The hot water took a little longer than expected to heat up for the showers in the morning but other than that, it was a good stay. “

„We really enjoyed the home. It was clean and comfortable and cozy. A couple of suggestions would be to add a dining table in the little nook area, add a toilet paper holder in the primary bathroom, and somehow improve the Wifi. We do highly recommend the home though!!“

„We have stayed many times in properties in the SLO greater area. This location was outstanding. The rooftop views ! The inside felt very luxurious. So much space. The extra touches of soft towels, soft toilet paper, make up towels, sanitary bags, laundry stain remover -and more. LOVED the bikes. Communication with property management was so easy and super responsive! We r coming back for a day soon and looked to try to rebook this place!“

„Thank you Janell & Paul Spencer! Your beautiful cottage had us feeling like we were home. It was very comfortable staying there. We needed a 2bedroom/2bathroom home with a garage, due to my husband & our friend riding their motorcycle from OC & hoping to house them in a garage while here in MB. We come to MB annually, and enjoy camping at the state campground. This trip we thought to rent for the weekend and your beautiful cottage exceeded our expectations. “

„Avila beach is a great location to feel like a quiet beach getaway but still close enough to plenety of restaurants and actives. The property was close to the beach were we could esliy stroll the boardwalk which was a great way to start our day and end it. The acommadations were perfect and quiet for our needs, beds were super comfy and overall a quality place to stay, plus host was super responsive. We will be back!“

„This amazing home exceeded our already high expectations based on the listing. It is so well cared for, laid out and equipped. The beds were all comfortable and included a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the front bedroom, and a double/queen sofa bed in the living room. Loved the bathroom - the hot water and the water pressure of the waterfall shower head were awesome. „We have never stayed in a mobile / tiny home cabin so it was outside our normal. The "cabin" we stayed in was small but functional. There are hiking trails around the property, swimming pool, and other activities within the campground. Easy driving distance to Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, and Port San Luis. The reception staff are gracious and very welcoming. An awesome two day stay for my spouse and self. “
