„The Suites Santo Domingo was a pleasant place to stay, although my room was over the street (more like an alley) and it was noisy from early in the morning until late in the evening. I had to laugh when I saw the electronic safe in the closet had its’ power cord hanging down and there was not an outlet to plug it into. Luckily I didn’t have valuables I needed to store in a safe. The staff was very responsive, although the young lady at check in stated that she was the only one that spoke ...

„We did not get the room we had booked. I have stayed at this hotel before and knew which room I wanted. This was very annoying. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Only works outdoors, which was confirmed by the reception. Staff does not speak a word of English“
