„The hotel was nice. Our room was clean and spacious maybe they could have added a couch to sit on since the room was big. They could have clean the beach area for the visitors since there were a lot of debris on the beach. The food was good and staff were great. The property had stunning ocean view. “

Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotel’s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light ...
