Really bad customers service.
This reservation went terribly wrong. Even though I tried to confirm everything 3 weeks in advance by trying to communicate with the host, I never got answer until the day I had to check in. On the day I had to check-in I was told they didn't have any reservation for me even though I had confirmed many times with Vrbo and they told everything was in check. The host didn't try to help or offer me any alternative.The host also kept hanging off the phone on me. At the fourth attempt, the same lady I had talked to previously literally told me I had the wrong number and to stop calling at her number. This experience completely trow out my vacations and arrival to El Salvador, not only it made my first experience very stressful but I also lost half a day to do last minute arrangements to replan transportation and new accommodations in San Salvador. I truly wish I had chosen a different place to stay since the beginning.
