„Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. Needless to say, we'll be making a stay at The Post House part of our annual tradition and we're looking forward to staying again next year!“

„Lovely old period building with lots of history, even has its own chapel which is used for weddings. There is also an annex which has standard rooms. If you want to stay in the old building you need to book a superior room.Highly recommended for those who want a quiet place to stay. Local national heritage parks (Bradgate Park, Swithland woods) are close by - great for walkers and the hotel is also dog friendly.“

„The Link Hotel is conveniently located near Loughborough University (from which it also takes the free WiFi access). It is easily accessible through M1 and then a carriageway into town. The hotel itself, however, is very quiet (i.e., despite the good access via car there is no noise pollution from nearby traffic). "Das Hotel hat dringend eine Renovation nötig. Das Zimmer war noch am besten in Schuss. Der Poolbereich war nicht so sauber bzw. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen (die Decke blätterte ab). Auch das Restaurant war renovationsbedürftig. Die Teller und das Besteck beim Morgenessen war nie ganz sauber. Zum übernachten ganz ok, aber definitiv nicht top. "

"In meinem Zimmer war ein neues Bad, aber der Rest des Hotel war doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Was an sich nicht schlimm ist, wenn es dann sauber und gepflegt ist. In meinem Flur roch es sehr unangenehm. Das Frühstück war ok aber nicht jetzt keine tolle Qualität oder besonders lecker. Eine Kollegin hatte ein altes Bad und Schimmel in diesem. Auf die freundliche Frage, ob sie ein anderes bekommen könnte wurde recht unfreundlich geantwortet, dass es nicht möglich ist. Sehr schade, da das Haus an sich wirklich schön ist. "

"Das Zimmer war eng und spartanisch. Das Bad dazu ebenso. Für eine Nacht jedoch ausreichend. Das Parkhaus hat einen direkten Zugang zum Hotel was sehr praktisch ist. Bar und Restaurant im Loft Style,wenn gut besucht,sehr laut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, ebenso das Personal. "

"Good hotel next to the station and in walking distance to the city center. Staff was very good and helpful. My bathroom was not very clean on arrival but after having spoken about it at reception they cleaned it superbly and i was given some vouchers as recompensation. Breakfast and food was delicious. I would stay again in this hotel."
