„We loved our time here! Sandy bay is the best. We very much dislike the crowds of west bay/end. Sandy bay is so calm and peaceful and you feel like you are integrating among the locals. „We loved the location. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, providing the true feeling of being in the tropics. The property is set at the opening of a beach. As other reviewers mentioned, there was some nighttime noise from people hanging out at the beach; however, it was quiet by 9 or 10 pm. „Fantastic place to stay, very clean and well maintained. Close to the reef, so you can swim out and snorkel right from the beach. The jewel of this property is the huge wrap around deck, a portion of which is underneath a large awning with fans and lights. We spent most of our time on that deck outside. "Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok."
