GULF FRONT!!! REMOLDED 2 BED 2 BATH BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED COASTAL CONDO.

Welcome to your Sanibel Escape….. We have thought of everything so you can sit back and relax when you walk in. Vacation mode is activated with our coastal decor, great amenities, and, most importantly, stunning Gulf views from every vantage point.

Our fully equipped condo has been lovingly remodeled in 2024 with two cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. We know you'll love the beautiful interiors and the beachfront location on the popular east end of Sanibel Island. The condo is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is on the second floor of the #5 building with only a two units on each floor for excellent privacy. The views are completely unobstructed.

One of the special features we love about this unit is the comfy screened-in lanai. After a long day of playing tourist or just relaxing at the beach, it's nice to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing ashore while watching the sunset.

Additionally, there is an Olympic-size ocean facing heated pool, a seashell washing station, two pickleball and one tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard, community outdoor grills, outdoor dining tables next to grills, and, of course, the beach is your backyard.

It's all about location, as they say, and we are located two miles from Sanibel's famous lighthouse beach and 1.5 miles from Jerry's grocery store. Sanibel has two public golf courses nearby, and right outside the front door, there are 25 miles of amazing shared-use paths for you to enjoy while biking or walking. We're also just a few minutes from the Causeway, local restaurants, and great shopping and much more.
Guests of this unit will discover why so many hold the Loggerhead Cay community near and dear to their hearts. We also offer a beach cart, beach chairs, and an umbrella, 12 QT hard sided cooler stored in the ground-level storage unit for you to use.

• Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom offers a king-size comfy bed, hotel-quality sheets, two night stands a ensuite bathroom, and full dresser with mirror, and a 50-inch smart TV with ceiling fan.

• Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom offers a comfy queen and twin bed, two night stands, chest of drawers, a dedicated bathroom, and a 32-inch smart TV and ceiling fan.

• Living Area:
The living area offers a pull-out Queen sofa sleeper, kick back recliner, two oversized very comfy swivel chairs, with a 65-inch smart TV. This is an excellent condo for two couples traveling together or for a family of five or six. All rooms have lighted ceiling fans.

• Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Appliances are all brand new, including a washer and dryer in the unit and filtered water and ice in the refrigerator door.

Spectacular Condo
No condo could have a better view of the gulf. Direct view from the family room and screened in lanai. We have stayed in condos on Sanibel for 40 years and we have never stayed in a condo more stocked with everything you could possibly need! Wonderful 5 Star Condo!

Fantastic condo stay!
We had a fantastic week at 502 Loggerhead Cay! Beautiful and super clean condo, comfortable beds and living room furniture. We felt at home! Beautiful ocean view and great location. We were overwhelmed at the extra items supplied and available to be used as needed. Laundry soap, dryer sheets, first aid kit, tons of bathroom items including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in each bathroom, toothpaste, bug bite cream, and just about anything else you could possibly need that you forgot to bring. The kitchen was well appointed, including seasonings, foil, zip top bags, etc. The storage closet has beach wagons, several beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and numerous beach toys for the kiddos. There are even soft throws to cover with if you are chilly. We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating vacation home. The only "issue" was a hurricane named "Helene" in the middle of the week! The owners were very helpful and informative during the inclement weather situation. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Happy to be back on Sanibel!
This was the perfect property for our return to Sanibel following Ian. We've been vacationing on Sanibel for over 30 years staying in various properties, and this was probably our best experience. Property managers Mary and Keith went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The remodeled gulf-front condo was beaufiful, included so many extra amenities, was immaculate, and made us feel welcomed!

Great Stay at Loggerhead Cay 502
The ocean views from this gulf front condo are amazing. It is just a short walk on a boardwalk to the beach. Our family enjoyed our 1 week stay in this beautiful condo. The condo has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. We liked that the guest bedroom had a twin and a queen bed. The kitchen is very well equipped. Mary and Keith's photos and description of their condo are very accurate. They were good communicators whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this unit.

Amazing!
We have stayed at a lot of different condos in Sanibel. This one was probably the best one so far. First of all, as soon as you walk in, it smelled to clean and nice. The whole place was so clean, which is very important to us. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with ask the essentials, as we cook for every meal so this made us happy. They had extras that previous guests had left like ziplock bags and spices, even sunscreen. There was even enough toilet paper for the entire week, which isn’t usual for these condos. And the owners were very responsive and communicative. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Views
From the moment you walk in to this space you feel surrounded by the expansive gulf views. The condo is beautifully decorated and so well appointed. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Including a cabinet full of “stuff” in case you have forgotten any necessities. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook or just have a truly enjoyable cup of coffee. There is plenty of cabinet space if you like to bring in groceries! To say it was a pleasure to stay here would be an understatement. The owners, Keith and Mary, are so easy to communicate with and their desire to ensure you have a great experience is palpable. Highly Recommend!!

Beautifully decorated condo
We enjoyed our stay at Sanibel Escape. Wonderful decorations. Nice kitchen set up new appliances including a coffee station. We love the special touches, a July 4th basket, a cabinet with things we might've forgotten to use such as soaps, sunblock, bug spray and lots of other items. There were parking lot issues do to Loggerhead Cay still having units under construction, such as lots of sand and the exterior not being cleaned up on 502 side of the building. Parking lot have barely seen marked spots for vehicles, but once a note left on the person's car parked in our spot they moved and we were able to use it. The parking lot issues should all go away once construction is completely done on all units. Riding around the island, there is still a lot of devastation left by IAN. The sad part is so many placed will not reopen. But we were glad to be back on the island for our first time since 7/2022. I did take about 100 + no see um memories with me that I am still scratching. They were tough this year. But I still love Sanibel!!

The Best Yet
The photos and description doesn’t do this Condo justice. Not only did you need clothing and food only, Mary took care our every need. Beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, toys. There was nothing that was lacking. The location is perfect, beachfront, with a short walk to the beach. Swimming pool was so clean. Mary provided my grandson with shells and markers to paint them. I would rate their Condo a 20 out of 1-10. We will return again! Thank you, Mary, it was an amazing week!

The Perfect Spot
This condo was ideal for our family of 4. Everything was so neat and clean and was exactly what we wanted. The view is awesome from every window. Sunrises are picture perfect. Communication with the owner was immediate and the beach cart that was provided was perfect for hauling our tent, chairs and drinks to/from the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this condo! Beautiful views (love the triple window looking over the beach) as well as the screened in Lanai. I've never had a property owner be as nice, welcoming, & providing literally everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. You don't even need to pack umbrellas & chairs. The condo owners provided so many little extras that truly make a difference. Will definitely stay here again & my sister is already in the process of booking this same unit soon!
