"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"The small bungalow consisting over a large bedroom, Kitchen/dining room, plus shower/toilet was the perfect stay for me and my recuperating ill wife. "An amazing location to base your time in the beautiful city of Cagliari. You are truly in the heart of everything. Loredana communicates so well and when our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 10:30pm, it was no issue for her. Everything is comfortable with all you need and overall a lovely, cosy apartment. I would highly recommend staying in this Gem if you are visiting the area."

"Very good apartment. Very clean with very good aircon and WiFi only negative was stairs to bedroom level rather steep. Right in the centre of Marina area and spoilt for choice with number of restaurants. Rail station a few minutes walk and short bus ride to Poetto Beach. Would highly recommend if visiting Cagliari"

"I loved the garden and sitting area outside .The area is residential so having a car is better. We stayed 5 nights it took us time to fix the Ac because its one big room divided in two . When one was cool the other was super hot and vice versa . . We figured a way to stay cool at once the last day . Very clean and pleasant otherwise. The beach is not far , but we prefered Poetto with all the amenities on the beach ."

"The place is very nice with the terasse and the stunning view. Air con is well functioning and the bath room facilities are ok. Nice that the host provided us with beach towels and chairs. However, the place is somewhat over-priced. We booked for five but couldn't get a discount when it showed that we would only be four there. This was within the cancellation limit. The communicarion with the host was unpleasant and hesitant in this process."
