Staff is incredibly rude. The girl at the check in desk made everyone who arrived even a few minutes early sit in the lobby and wait until 3pm on the dot for check in because there were "no rooms ready early". Magically at 3, everybody's room was ready and then we all had to wait in line to check in. So there was a long line resulting in a long wait to actually get checked-in. If you arrive anytime between 2:30-3:30 just expect a 15-20 minute delay of sitting in the lobby while they check everyone in. Additionally, you will be required to sign an electronic document stating that you will be charged $50 for any stains on towels, $1.50 for safe usage, and a long list of other ridiculous charges that are not typical at a hotel.
The breakfast situation is BAD. There is one employee behind the counter who will serve you a pre-portioned breakfast, and even at 8am it was already cold. This is not one of those nice continental hotel breakfasts.
At check out the staff would not give me a receipt since I booked through a third party, and they claimed to be a paperless company. I still have not received any check-out summary an hour after checking out, and I do not trust this property to not pull some sort of nonsense with additional charges.
