„Our host, Michelle was very responsive and friendly. The location is one block from the beach. Very nice indeed. The 2 bedroom 2.5 bath was perfect for our family located in a nice neighborhood. There are airbeds if needed. The house was very nice and clean. Restaurants, Starbucks, and markets are walking distance. Thank you Michelle!“

„We had an amazing time in this little cottage! Loved our mornings in the sun on the back porch with our coffee that was provided. Perfect location for morning and afternoon walks to restaurants and the beach! Awesome, relaxing bathtub! “

„My first trip to Santa Cruz and it was magic! Properly was a great location - locals love the road this property is on so parking is challenging if you have more than one vehicle. I didn’t need any help from management so I can’t speak to how they would handle anything. “

„Cosy little wooden house just around the corner of the beach, 100y old with original interior but very well maintained, quiet surrounding but shops and restaurants nearby, very nice hosts living just next door, strongly recommended for all who are looking for a relaxed holiday home to get a real impression of Santa Cruz.“

„We love the location of this house! Only a couple blocks to the beach and to restaurants at the harbor. A great beach house! The only problem was that the back bedroom got very cold at night and we could not find any heat source in there. We would still return to this place though, the location is worth it!“

„The property was clean and cozy, everything was stocked up for us, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, check-in and check-out were easy, the listing is true to what you get. It was perfect for us for a couple nights. When we go to Santa Cruz again we will definitely be coming back. This is a great property!“

„The house served the ten of us well and we loved the outdoor area and the short minute walk to West Cliff Drive (where we saw whales, seals, sea otters and two dolphins (over the course of the weekend). “

„Schönes Ambiente der Anlage und angenehm eingerichtetes Zimmer sowie leckeres Essen im Restaurant "The View" mit großartigem Ausblick! Leider war der Kühlschrank zwischendurch so laut, was etwas beim schlafen störte, aber soweit kein großes Problem war, nachdem man sich an das Geräusch gewöhnt hatte.“

"Schöner Pool mit Hot Tub, gleich gegenüber ein 7Eleven, zum Santa Cruz Boardwalk kann man zu Fuß gehen, das Einchecken im Hotel hat etwas gedauert und das Zimmer war um 15 Uhr noch nicht bezugsfertig "

"At or nearly on the beaches. Perfect spot if a trip is plsnned to be on the sea side of Santa Cruz 2024 a construction site next to the hotel so no wake up call needed. The hotel is safe an cleanperfect fo a stay on the weekend only bikers are sometimes a bit to loud."

"wir hatten ein beach house gemitet und gingen davon aus, dass es am beach war. das war es nicht. außerdem gingen wir von 2 schlafzimmern aus, tatsächlich war das 2. schlafzimmer ein klappbett im wohnzimmer. insgesamt finde ich es aufgrund dieser einschränkungen zu teuer."
