„The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! “

„The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. „View from room was disappointing: You see only small part of the lake-no volcanos- room is nice but noz worth to climb up 175 steps. From restaurant you see one volcano, restaurant is nice and good.“

„We truly enjoyed our stay at Aviva. Rooms were really great with unique touches. The bed was probably the best I ever had. Great coffee service and lots of little lovely details. We were always addressed by our name and Adam went above and beyond offering advice. Best breakfast by far in the area. Still a little of the beaten path. “
