Charming 1 bedroom casita next door can be booked as well to accommodate 11 people total, based on availability.

- Bedroom 3: King bed, private office with desk & printer, TV, mini fridge, Keurig, ensuite bathroom. **NOTE: access to this room is though Bedroom 2 or via outside walkway

POOL/HOT TUB/GYM
- The indoor pool and hot tub are private.

- The cold-water pool offers a refreshing escape, typically a delightful 70-75°F in summer and a chilly 55°F in winter, ideal for cold plunges. Kindly note that water temperatures cannot be guaranteed due to varying weather conditions.

- Gym equipment includes: treadmill, elliptical, Pilates machine, balance ball, resistance bands, yoga mats, small free weights.

KITCHEN
Cook in style in this light and modern chef's kitchen. Fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare anything from an intimate meal for 2 to a holiday feast for the family. Equipped with double oven, 5-burner gas stove, stainless refrigerator, wine cooler, dishwasher, sharp knives, serving ware, Keurig + Drip + Nespresso coffee makers, and many common small appliances.

DINING
With seating for 12 this home is ready to accommodate your group. Seating is split between the round formal dining table with sunset views and the bright spacious eat-in dining area open to the kitchen.

OUTDOOR
Fully fenced 2 acres offers plenty of room for guests and pets to explore the grounds and view local wildlife. The sun deck with loungers and hammock offers the perfect place to get your tan while enjoying the unobstructed western views. The more intimate shaded patio off of the living room has Trex outdoor furniture, Traeger pellet grill, and standing heater. Quiet and peaceful meditation area offers a serene space to clear your mind and/or enjoy the fire pit under starry skies.

LAYOUT
This home follows the gentle slope of the hillside. While there are no full flights of stairs in the home, the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and pool area are each separated by 2-5 steps.

Entire home, indoor pool/gym area, hot tub, and 2-car garage are available to guests.

Nestled in the foothills just 10-15 minutes from most Santa Fe attractions, this setting offers wildlife and bird activity, expansive uninterrupted views, low light pollution for starry night skies, and plenty of peaceful quiet. - Surveillance cameras located OUTSIDE of the property (front door, and above the back yard) to monitor the exterior ONLY. They are on 24/7 and are not intended to violate your privacy but to protect the property.

- Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance: It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
