Dieses schöne Haus befindet sich auf einem kleinen privaten Grundstück (5 Häuser, umgeben von einem schönen, geschlossenen Gemeinschaftsraum) und nur 10 Gehminuten vom historischen Santa Fe Plaza entfernt - der Heimat von Kunstgalerien, Museen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielem mehr und im Winter nur 24 km bis zum Santa Fe-Skibecken. Die Tagesgebühr Ft. Marcy Sportanlage nur wenige Blocks entfernt. Die Lage könnte nicht perfekter sein! Dieses Haus verfügt über alle Merkmale klassischer Santa Fe-Häuser - hohe Decken in den Wohnräumen mit Vigas aus Holz, Holzböden in allen Bereichen, schöne Granitoberflächen in Küche und Bad, Akzente in Südwestfliesen, Spitzengeräte in der voll ausgestatteten Küche, und glatte Putzwände. Das Haus ist perfekt für Besucher, die ein sauberes, zeitgemäßes Zuhause mit dem ganzen Santa Fe Charme suchen! Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind wunderschön mit Daunendecken und Kissen ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer (im Erdgeschoss) hat eine Suite und es gibt ein weiteres großes Badezimmer auf dem Flur im Obergeschoss in der Nähe des 2. Schlafzimmers. Eine kleine Terrasse neben dem Wohnzimmer bietet einen ruhigen Ort für morgendlichen Kaffee / Tee oder eine abendliche Erfrischung nach einem Sightseeing- oder Skitag im schönen Santa Fe. Das Haus hat sowohl Zentralheizung als auch Klimaanlage und ist mit Highspeed-Internet und HD-Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern ausgestattet. Ein Gaskamin rundet das Bild ab. Es gibt eine Einzelgarage und einen zusätzlichen Parkplatz abseits der Straße für ein zweites Auto.

Great place, great location, great management
This property is very nice. Located within a group of 5-6 well-kept garden homes that all open on to a nice courtyard. Parking space and a one car garage are around back accessed via the alley. The property itself is clean and nicely furnished. Location is great, just a block off Artists road (if you are headed into he mountains for skiing or hiking, it's very convenient). But still close enough that you can walk to the plaza in under 15 minutes. Finally, the owners/managers are great. They communicate well to make sure you enjoy your stay. They provided a nice welcome package with some chips, salsa, fruit, drinks. We would stay again.

The house was perfect in every way. Great layout, clean, everything you could possibly need for cooking, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. The location was great too. The pictures of the house online are great, but when you get there you'll be surprised that it's much nicer and more open than the pictures make you think. Best VBRO I've stayed at.

Great Location in Santa Fe. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Plaza. Great communication with owner and property manager. They furnish everything you would ever need. They provided many many food staples. We came for the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque and stayed in Santa Fe at this property and so glad we did. It was Perfect !

Four Sister Trip
What a FANTASTIC place to stay! This was a four-sister trip for the eldest sister's 60th birthday. We had a marvelous time in Santa Fe. But it all starts with where you stay. We arrived at the property, and we suddenly became actors in a show called "house hunters". We were so excited with the courtyard and then entering the property. All the little details that made you feel like you were a VIP guest. Owner Chris and his sister, Lynann (Property Manager) provided a yummy basket of goodies and a special celebration cake for my sister. The property was exceptionally clean and decorated with beautiful treasures found in Santa Fe. We felt safe and we were close to the downtown area. It was very easy to get around all of Santa Fe due to the property's location. If you're looking for the perfect VRBO for your stay in SANTA FE, stop looking and book this place today!! We advised the property manager of this, and she advised that she had been out of town and was not able to inspect the property prior to our arrival. I would recommend this property unequivically.

Perfect in Every Way
I can't say enough about this casita in Santa Fe! The bedding and furniture are extremely comfortable, the Southwest decor is perfectly done, and all appliances were in great condition. Every small detail was anticipated, and the property manager even supplied a cooler when we asked for use of one during our stay.She was prompt and pleasant in all interactions. Also, this has to be the quietest place we have ever stayed. No noise blocking devices were needed because there was so outside sounds whatsoever. Both walking to the plaza and driving to other locations outside the city were easy from this location. A return trip to Santa Fe will definitely include staying here!

Excellent stay in Santa Fe
We had such a great experience at Chris’s house. The location is excellent, everything we could have needed for cooking and comfort was there and the welcome basket with goodies was very thoughtful. Plenty of parking and in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the plaza. The decor is lovely and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property for a family or couples traveling together! We hope to come back again and stay next year!

An Amazing Place
What a wonderful condo! We were especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking essentials and utensils. It allowed us to comfortably cook meals there without having to buy oils, spices, etc. And the wine, food basket and orange juice provided by the host was such a welcome treat. Beautiful property with great amenities
This home is located in an area that provides easy access to the various sites to visit in Santa Fe. It is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with many special touches to welcome travelers. There was creamer in the fridge, coffee on the counter, plus orange juice and muffins in the fridge. A bottle of wine, and a variety of snacks were arranged on the counter. The host and the property manager were very engaged in ensuring a fabulous stay. The fact that there was a washer & dryer as well as a garage secured the value of this vacation property. I can whole heartedly recommend this rental for anyone wishing to visit Santa Fe.

Wow. Great home away from home.
Quiet neighborhood with Santa Fe adobe styled homes and condos. Easily walk to the Plaza with plenty of amazing restaurants and sightseeing. The home is spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Property Manager Lynann is incredibly accommodating and kind. She had a welcoming basket with snacks and treats for us to enjoy after a full day of sightseeing. Loved the cozy fireplace, all of the beautiful New Mexico artwork, pottery and rugs. Everyone in my group loved the place. Thank you very much. Will definitely share with family and friends. Anniversary Trip
This place was great! Adorable house. Super clean and the quietest neighborhood. We walked to the square and it was a nice walk and not to far.
