„We had no trouble finding the house. We spent most mornings and evenings on the back balcony which had a great view. The Naval base was only 10 mins away and the house is on a dead end so almost no traffic. House was clean and well supplied. AC worked great and the car port was covered so never had to get wet the hole time we stayed. Would recommend this location to anyone.“

„Home was very nice and quiet. The only complaint is the lack of necessities in the house. No extra toilet paper or even trash bags had to buy these items. Also no baking pans for oven. This is what keeped property from 5 stars. Over all place was nice and close to everything. I would stay their again“

„Don't waste your time or money staying here. It was not as described and the property was the worst place we have ever stayed. I got sick from being inside the unit and we checked out as soon as we could find another place on the morning of the 3rd day. We gave the host and on-site person notice on day two that we were checking out due to the condition of the property. I told her I got sick from staying there and her only reply was that the last guest never got sick. Too many maintenance issues ...

„***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. „This property is adjacent to the University of Guam and is located near center of the island to give easy access to most everything. The accommodations were clean serviceable and adequately furnished and stocked. There was some nightly noise in the neighborhood, but then it was over the near year. Overall, a very pleasant stay.“

„What a great little home away from home. It was so awesome to visit my son stationed at the Air Force base, and to have a place I could cook for him and my family. Great location, we loved being right by the beach and near everything! Our host was absolutely amazing and responsive. I’d recommend this play to anyone staying for a visit!“

„Große Hotelanlage die hier und da schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Man hat direkten Zugang zu einem Shopping Center. Zum Strand sind es einige Gehminuten. Der Pool liegt leider im Innenhof und bietet daher keine schöne Aussicht. Der Balkon ist schmal und verfügt leider nicht über Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass wir ihn kaum nutzen konnten. Fußläufig sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Supermärkte und Restaurants zu erreichen.“
