Unsere begehrte größere Eckeinheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern im ersten Stock befindet sich im 500-Gebäude und bietet von unserem Wohnzimmer / der Terrasse aus einen Panoramablick auf den Golf, die Sanddünen und den Eingang zur Promenade. KEINE befahrene Straße zu überqueren oder Stufen zu erklimmen !! Zum Strand sind es ungefähr 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Für dieses Gerät stehen Ihnen ohne zusätzliche Kosten Liegestühle zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Master-Suite mit Queensize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Etagenbetten und im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa für zwei Personen. Wenn Sie mit einem Baby reisen, gibt es ein Pack and Play (auf Anfrage) im Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer.
Kabel-Flachbildfernseher befinden sich im gesamten Gerät. Im Wohn- / Essbereich befindet sich ein 40-Zoll-Smart-HD-Fernseher mit DVD. Ein 32 "-Flachbild-Smart-HDTV-Fernseher befindet sich im Hauptschlafzimmer. Ein 20-Zoll-Smart-HD-Fernseher mit DVD befindet sich im zweiten Schlafzimmer.
Zu den Annehmlichkeiten unseres Komplexes Beachside Villas gehören zwei Außenpools (einer davon beheizt für den Winter), 2 beleuchtete Tennisplätze, Shuffleboard, Corn-Hole-Game, Grillmöglichkeiten im Freien, Partydeck am angrenzenden See, abwaschbare Duschen und direkter Zugang zur Promenade zum schönsten strand der welt!
Die Beachside Villas liegen ideal abseits der Massen, aber ganz in der Nähe so vieler Aktivitäten, die die Menschen Jahr für Jahr in diesen Teil des Panhandle zurückbringen. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Destin und Panama City Beach-SEASIDE ist auch weniger als 5 Minuten. Sie können Fahrräder mieten und auf den schönen Radwegen zum bezaubernden Rosemary Beach, Seaside und Grayton Beach fahren. Der Deer Lake State Park mit seinen Wanderwegen und Sanddünen liegt weniger als 1,6 km am Strand entlang. Zu den Top-Golfplätzen in der Nähe zählen Camp Creek und der Santa Rosa Golf Club.
Das San Destin Resort und die Silver Springs Outlets sind 20 Minuten entfernt. Auch Minigolf, Pier Park, Shell Island und Wasserparks befinden sich in der Nähe in Panama City oder Destin.

Great amenities!
Condo is small (can technically sleep up to 8 but I'm not sure where all those people would put their stuff!) and a little outdated, but very clean! Had a nice view considering it is set back from the beach behind 2 buildings. The beach access was the most disappointing for us. Description says steps from the beach and it is - however, it is only a few steps away if you want to walk on the beach. If you want to sit on the beach you need to walk quite a distance in either direction to the public beach access. The facility does offer shuttles which seemed to work well for others; we have a daughter who uses a wheelchair so the shuttle did not work for us. The owner was very helpful in getting us information on accessible beach access, however it did require us to drive to the accessible beach a few miles away. The amenities offered at the complex were great - from the beach shuttle to tennis courts, shuffle board and 2 pools (although I only saw one and never found the second).

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The view was better than I expected. However, it wasn’t until 10 days before my stay that I received literature describing “access” to the beach. Unfortunately, the pictures in the posting were deceptive. The picture of the wooden ramp to the beach showed an accessible access to the beach. As a senior with mobility issue the illusion of access to a beach was enticing. When I received literature from Joy it indicated access to the beach involved a “detour” to the small public beach a block away. I was very disappointed. In summary, the condo itself was very nice, the beach access was not.

Extremely Limited Beach Access
When we arrived, the warm condo smelled of wet dog and dog urine. Later when we tried to lay down for sleep, we found sand in the bed sheets. The owner did not respond to our texts for hours, until she asked whether we wanted the housekeeper to come. We said yes since we were not allowed to change bed sheets ourselves, and the unhappy housekeeper came next morning and spent an hour changing them. The most important inaccuracy of the listing is the beach access. The dry part of the beach by the condo is private, so you must walk 5-10 min on the steep wet area of the shoreline to reach a public beach which is very small. A guard stays on the beach near the condo to ensure no one uses it. You can access the water, but not leave any items on the beach itself. If you want to set up on the beach (aside from the very small east one) it would require a bike or car ride to another local and public beach. Other problems that the owner ignored when we texted were showers that were out of hot water after 10 minutes, no hot tub on the property as listed, A/C is locked at 70 and cannot be lowered, and toiletries such as soap, garbage bags, laundry soap, and toilet paper are exceptionally small to accommodate only 1 day for a family. Overall the condo is uncomfortable, sparsely furnished, and without easy walking beach access, so it is definitely not worth returning when there. Do not recommend.

Beach Access!
I chose this property because of the easy access to the beach. My sister is 72 and has bad knees and IBS. After we had booked the property I called the host to ask about a company that will set up chairs for us each morning. I was told that we couldn’t use a setup company because we couldn’t sit on the beach! If I hadn’t called her about the setup we wouldn’t have known this ahead of time. There is a guy there that told us we would be arrested if we sat our chairs anywhere on that beach. I just think it shouldn’t be advertised as 2 steps from the beach. We were able to go after 5 and watch the sunset in the evenings.

This condo was very true to its listing. The beach is only a block away and the beach is beautiful. The beach is public access but was not very busy and easy to get to. The property had everything we needed including beach toys, games, soaps and etc.

Overall, this was a very good experience. The location is outstanding with a direct view of the beautiful ocean and easy access to public beach areas. The condo was clean and very well decorated and appointed. Only complaint was that the people staying upstairs could be heard constantly moving around and about. Apparently, there were several dogs staying there with the people and you could hear their every step. This aggravating noise from upstairs was constant throughout the several days we stayed in the condo. Fortunately, it was quiet during sleep hours.

Highly recommend staying here. Beach access from the room was very convenient and stress free considering my wife is 8 months pregnant and we have a 5 year old. The location of this residence is also convenient to many local shops, coffee shops and restaurants. The owner was available at all times with any questions that came up with great customer service. This was a very clean place with a great view of the ocean and just steps away from the beach. When I told Joy our plane was arriving at 10:15, she immediately responded and told me we could check in at 12 instead of 4. She answered all of my questions right away. We would stay again for sure!

Amazing property
Well-maintained, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable accommodations with everything we needed from a fully-equipped kitchen, speedy Wi-Fi, three flat-screen cable televisions, beddings, bath accessories, to beach and pool toys for the kids. Perfect Place for Our Family
Having never been to 30a before, we weren’t sure if we had chosen wisely or not. But this little place tucked quietly between Seagrove and Rosemary was the perfect spot. It was spotlessly clean with all the comforts and accessories of home. Being on the first floor made it effortless to get to and from the beach with all our family’s beach gear. They had loads of their own equipment to use as well in the deck closet (quality beach chairs, toys, games like bocce, etc). The only little thing to know that we didn’t see mentioned anywhere was this: while it is steps from the beach, that beach is largely private. There is one little section of public beach straight out from the unit (as shown in the pics), but you have to get there early to get a good spot. People were putting their chairs out at 6:30/7a to reserve a space. The small patch of sand/beach front available there is between a private beach for Sugar Dunes condos on the left and private beach front homes on the right. Yes you can walk or take a golf cart shuttle to a larger public beach a couple hundred yards away, but that seemed way too far given how close this place is to the actual beach front. Thankfully we were able to get space right in front of the unit everyday with no issue. Great place. Caring owners. Must go to the Old Florida Fish House for dinner and/or drinks at night. Spectacular! We’ll be back again!

Beachside villas
Easy to rent. Clean (but no blankets). Nice but multiple buildings under construction. Aging complex but easy to get to the beach. Adequate but nothing fancy. (Sliding glass back door - ground level- was unlocked when we got there.
