"Unfortunately, there is only one good thing to say about this hotel. The pools are in good shape and super nice! However: We booked a "Luxury"-room... - the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed - the heating system was broken. The room temperature did not exceed 18 degrees during the entire stay - there is no hook or anything similar to hang the towels. (Not that they would dry anyway in regard of the room temperature) - the food is extremely overpriced compared to quality you get and usual Colombian prices - during check-in, the room keys and taxes were programmed/charged for one night, even though we had a reservation for two nights. This resulted in another rather unexpected charge in taxes during check out and an additional visit at the reception for reprogramming the keys during the stay -the TV-remote battery needed to be replaced. It took three visits at the reception and a five hour wait until it was replaced - there is a good selection for breakfast. However, even the hot dishes are quite cold and unfortunately the food quality lacked - Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel concerned my reservation and they were not able to reach the hotel by phone or email for several days - the restaurant does only have digital menus.
