„Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and light, kitchen a bit tired but more than adequate, plenty of utensils and very clean. Only used the one bedroom, bed was firm which suited us, white cotton sheets. „Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen immer hilfreich. Danke! Leider waren wir nicht so happy mit dem Objekt selbst, da es direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße nach Noja liegt. Dadurch hatten wir immer Straßenlärm in der Wohnung. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nur schwer möglich. Das war uns aufgrund des FeWo-direkt Inserats so nicht bewußt. Dem Appartment merkten man den Charme der 70er Jahre an. Auch laden die Wohnzimmermöbel nicht zum bequemen Sitzen ein. Die Couchmöbel ...

„We were welcomed very nicely and received a lot of recommendations for activities and sight seeing. The apartment is situated in the middle of the village but very calm. There is a large supermarket close by as well as a great fish store and restaurants. The coast invites for nice walks and swimming. Santander is pretty close by car. We had a couple of nice relaxing days in Cantabria.“

„Herwann is a very nice host, the location and the layout of the house are great. Unfortunately, a few things are getting on in years and need a refurbishment. and the cleanliness was also a bit lacking, we found stains on the bedding and blankets. Also the lanai was basically unusable as it was completely filthy. This was a great pity, as the location and layout of the accommodation are perfect. and: there were obviously mothballs in the bedrooms and wardrobes which gave off a really unpleasant ...

Das Hotel ist sehr groß, das Zimmer war gut, geräumig und sauber. Etwas viel Nippes (viele Kissen, Deko, …) und leider eine Mücke. Das Personal ist geschäftsmäßig freundlich.
