Escape to relaxation on the water
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly like the pics. Lake Marion is literally steps outside of the back door. We randomly fished all day and night catching bream, catfish and white perch. Everybody (residents/ vacationers) were all so friendly.

Beautiful place/great location - unfortunate situation
The condo was great and the location was beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy it because management rented it to us knowing roofers were coming for the week and did not inform us. Pool was closed most of week, we couldnt come and go. Roofers worked from 630 am to 800 pm daily. We rented another hotel room for a night just so we could use a pool and not have constant construction. We looked forward to this vacation for a year and i specifically booked for pool. Its unfortunate management didnt even credit us for a night. It seems that our enjoyment of our vacation property held no value. Its unfortunate because its a great place but I cant provide a good review because i feel taken advantage of. This place should not have been rented during construction.

Beautiful view of Lake Marion. Condo was very clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms had plenty of towel, soap shampoo etc. I would highly recommend this condo.

This condo had a gorgeous view of the lake! The interior decor was a cute beach/waterside theme. It was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower had two heads and it was very refreshing. It was very roomy. Great place for a getaway or a weeklong stay!

Nice condo, was a little smelly when checked in. AC was off, which I am sure is the cause of the musty smell. TV kept running out of storage. Overall, the stay was nice. I would stay there again. Owner was wonderful with communication and flexibility.

Perfect family vacation!!!!
We've stayed at several VRBO properties and this condo ranks one of the top. It was so clean and well stocked including a delicious coffee bar. Mark the host was top notch he responded almost immediately to all questions night, day or weekend. There were no surprises including the really bad condition of the boat slips, he informed us of that before we pulled our boat there. There are a few slips that are usable. Our daughter, son-in-law and 2 older grandsons joined us they had a blast fishing, swimming or just being lazy. The pool was immaculate. Thank you Mark for extending our check out time due to the storms on and off all week, we wanted a few more hours of fishing time.

We came to Santee to watch our son fish for the Bassmaster Elite tournament, and when we do this, we always try to stay on the water. This location was perfect!! Amazing views of the lake, and has everything we needed! It’s a must stay if you’re heading to Santee.

Nice views and comfortable living space
The interior was lovely and very clean. Great coffee set up. Plenty of space for walking the dog on property. Inside there was plenty of space, with a very nice view of the lake. Our objective was to have a location where we could split our week between Congaree, Columbia and Charleston. This area met that need. There was parking for boats with a small launching area on property. The nearby docks were in rough shape. Not the owner's fault and didn't impede our plans, but important to know if someone wanted to dock there. The pool wasn't open yet, so we were not able to check that out.

We absolutely LOVED this property! Super clean, and AMAZING views from the living room AND the master!! THE absolute best equipped unit we have stayed in-and that’s a lot! They have thought of everything!! Plenty of food storage in large pantry. Communication from owner and property manager was excellent, even letting us know the unit was ready early! Three comfy queens kept anyone from having to sleep on the couch! While not here for pleasure, the lakefront patio was the perfect place to unwind in the evening after a long day!! Have already recommended to other family who will be in the area soon!
