Waterfront 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Condo w/ Boat Slip Available

ALOT TO READ BUT IT IS WORTH IT!!

Enjoy a beautiful, waterfront condo with easy access to I-95.

Optional boat slip can be added for an additional $100 fee. Please message me letting me know if you plan to bring a boat that will require a boat slip.

The Master Bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, walk-in closet, shower, garden tub, and TV. Lakefront balcony is furnished with a bistro table and cushioned wicker set, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or late afternoon glass of wine, accessible from Master Bedroom or Living room. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to a full hall bath. Third bedroom offers two twin beds with additional twin mattress, which could also be used, a TV, an Xbox 360, and a private full bathroom. The living room is furnished with a 50" Smart TV. Unit offers high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, as well as a DVD player. Dining room seats 6, with additional seating at the bar overlooking the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, and Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular Mr. Coffee. Kitchen stocked with essential cookware. Washer/Dryer in unit. Boat ramp and unsecured boat/trailer parking in the community. Three golf courses within 5 minutes (Santee National GC, Lake Marion GC, Santee Cooper CC). The condo is on the second floor accessed by a ramp from the parking lot. but walk in, no stairs to condo itself. To the dock and boat slip at the water level, steps/stairs are involved. Check-in is using a lock box right outside the front door. Renter will be notified within a day of checking with all details. Always try to allow early check-in if possible. You will be notified at least a day ahead as to the availability of early check-in.

Santee offers most major fast-food restaurants, Cracker Barrel, local deli, and very nice local restaurants, as well as (the) Lake House Restaurant, which offers an awesome Prime Rib on Saturday night (RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED) Well worth it!!! Great atmosphere. Captains Quarter is another favorite with great food.

A well-stocked Food Lion grocery store is within a mile of the condo.

Wonderful family vacation
Condo was clean, well supplied and comfortable with a wonderful balcony on the lake. Our family had a great time fishing on the dock and all over the lake in our bass boat and caught some bass and a catfish. Jerry, the host has been available and very responsive during our whole trip! This is or 4th vacation here and is our favorite stay at Santee.

Overlooking the lake
We are three couples over the age of 60 and just loved having our own bathrooms. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice! Everything was just perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake, especially seeing all the wildlife! We will definitely be back!

Lovely Lake Stay

This was a fantastic place to get away for a friend’s golf trip. The place was very spacious and clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area! Convenient to restaurants, grocery store and golf courses. The view of the lake off the patio was the icing on the cake!

Like home but better
The home, property, and view were gorgeous! Location was convenient for activities in Orangeburg and Charleston. Check in and out could not have been simpler. The beds were all quite firm. If, like us, you need a softer place to sleep, the reclining sofa is very comfortable. We hope to reserve this place again whenever we're in the area. We may bring an air topper next time, so we can sleep in the bed.

Santee State Park is a Hidden Gem!
We attended an event at Santee State Park and the whole Lake Marion area is incredible! The property is located close to the park, a nature preserve, and a new pedestrian bridge. The rooms were nice, everything was clean, and the back porch gave a spectacular view.

Very nice condo. Perfect for our family of 6. Minor issue at checkin (sometimes the convenience of technology isn’t as convenient isn’t as we hope) but issue was resolved swiftly. Minor snafus like this, that are resolved quickly, are a testament to the quality of the property owner and company and I am very appreciative for that. If you are in the Santee-Cooper area for golf, lake fun, or to visit family and are looking for a little more than a hotel (whether that be for space, privacy or what have you) I would recommend this place and I believe you and your family will have an enjoyable, pleasant and stress free stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautiful view of the lake! The condo was comfortable, clean, everything was available as promised. It is convenient to local restaurants, grocery stores, & fast food chains. Mr. Hayes reached out and gave several recommendations about the area. We took his advice & enjoyed a nice dinner at the Lake House & ice cream from the General Store. (Also recommend Clark’s restaurant.) Check in & out was a breeze, & we loved the 1st floor access!! Highly recommend & we’d stay there again.

From the moment I booked the property, Mr. Hayes was very accommodating. The 3 bedroom/3 bath condo was very spacious and peaceful. I mostly enjoyed the balcony because it had the view of the lake and peaceful as well. We had a great times!

We loved everything about the condo. Great location on the water and we saw turtles, fish and alligators. Would love to stay there again. We played 3 different golf courses all within 20 minutes of the condo.
