„We learned that the apatment we had rented was in need of urgent repairs, and we were offered a different property, We were expecting to stay in an apartment in the city, but ended up in a house in a suburb near Ponta Delgada. It turned out to be mostly remodeled house, with lots of space, very close to the beach, and walking ditace from restaurants and mercados. Mario was very responsive to resolving any problems that came up, the house was pleasant, and it turned out to be a very good ...

„This condo is clean and spacious for 4 people…. The location is very good and close to beach and amenities…. The check in process was very efficient and helpful. Probably best to have a car for groceries/touring . However very nice restaurants are within walking distance…. The check in process was seamless and although the pool was in need of repair. It did not hinder our holiday given that it was late April….. highly recommend. Thank you.“

„The Apartment would be perfect equipped, if the double bed in the master bedroom would be larger = wider. Unfortunately it has only French size, which is not so convenient for all couples. Further, the wind created some noise, which we tried to stop by closing the window shutters in the kitchen, which are unfortunately the only manual ones - the other rooms have electric window shutters. Otherwise, really nothing to complain about the apartment itself. Some remarks about the L-shaped apartment ...

„Nice clean modern condo. The Good: like new, modern, most amentities provided. Good WiFi and good location walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Felt very safe and secure with indoor, private parking and gated parking lot. The Not So Good: not exactly a " Beach Villa". Felt and looked very insitiutuonal. Could use a couple simple things in the kitchen like spatula, scissors, and basics like salt and pepper. Woke to the sound of dogs barking every morning. Even though it was not ...

"Ribeira Grande ist ein eher ruhiger Ort im Norden von Sao Miguel. Entspannung pur. Sehr schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmer und Balkon. Wir hatten das Zimmer zur Strassenseite, emofehlenswert wäre ein Zimmer zur Meerseite. Sehr freundliches Personal."

Wonderful Stay at Octant Ponta Delgada!

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Octant Ponta Delgada, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with a warm atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering stunning views of the surrounding area.
