I had to change units 3 times. The first apartment had drunk and drugged people, so I asked to move to another building at 11 pm. When I got there, they gave me a room number and password. I went in and there were people living there, and all of this with 3 heavy suitcases. I called them, it was already midnight, I was given another room, they gave me a password and number. I went in and there was one person living there. I had to go down again. It was already 1 am. I called them and then they gave me another apartment and there was no one in it.
During my stay in this apartment there were about 5 cockroaches and many bugs, the shower didn't work properly.
I paid for my stay on the 29th and only entered the apartment on the 31st for personal reasons. When I asked if they could give me a refund or extend my stay, they simply hung up on me.
