The customer service team is HORRIBLE. They seem to be in total disconnect with the front desk staff. Upon arrival at the property, if your name isn’t yet in the system, they will not let you in and will make no efforts to reach out to the “remote” customer service team. There is no phone number to call and the customer service team can only be reached by text message. A complete joke. I spent more than 30 min on a back and forth with them to get my name to finally added to the system to gain entry into the building even though I had provided the documentation hours in advance. The front desk team simply said that it was my responsibility to figure out why my name was in their system. Let that sink in.
