AVAILABLE - 4 day minimum 'Olde Florida' style vacation rental villa - 2 bedroom, 1 bath just one block from Lido Beach! Nestled in the back of Pelican Gardens, this tropical villa is a short stroll to Ted Sperling Park and St. Armands Circle. Large private patio with grill and chaise lounges for entertaining or relaxing! Just bring your suitcase and sunglasses. Sunscreen provided! Kitchen is perfectly set up for cooking or entertaining. Between dining area, breakfast bar and outside tables there's plenty of room! Master bedroom features King accommodations and opens to spacious wrapped deck. Guest space features bunk beds - perfect for families. There’s a pull out sofa in the living room for additional guests. Property sleeps 6 comfortably. Designed for making beach memories this private retreat is neatly tucked away to provide more outside living and entertaining space. Morning coffee on the screened front porch, BBQing on the side porch or enjoying watching your favorite team, there's space and privacy! Just recently updated…the villa features new furnishings, 3 flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans and wifi. The bathroom has a large shower area. Community has a parking lot exclusively for guests. There are endless activities nearby from the community pool, Lido Beach, walking trails, kayaking, shelling, biking, shopping, dining or simply relaxing! You can bring your furry friend…small dogs with prior approval and $250 pet fee. Sorry, no kitties…No smoking allowed inside or out. Villa has plenty of space to store bikes and kayaks during your stay or you can rent close by. Beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler and beach towels all provided. Coin operated washers and dryers are on site for your use. Welcome to the beach!

great location, clean and spacious. lighting in front and back needs attention, no privacy curtains in front sitting area, bathroom plug dangerous( needs replacing-broken), bathroom/shower poor. Unit is in perfect location, clean but needs some TLC to make it right.

Unfortunately we needed to cut our stay short by over 2 weeks due to an emergency back home but the location is spectacular and being able to bring our two poodles was fantastic!

Don’t waste your money -Dingy “Beach” house..
Well, My stay started with the door handle falling off … It just got worse from there. Get this *Your allocated one roll of toilet paper for a two week stay. To get to a store is a chore from Lido beach..So stalk up! Bring napkins too!! The sunshine was phenomenal. Property management not so much. Total waste of money

Cute - a bit campy
My husband and I stayed at the "Lido Key Cottage" last week...On arriving, we thought we were at the wrong place - the photos show a bright, clean, happy yellow cottage...In actuality, this isn't really a cottage at all - it's more of an old Florida community...All of the buildings were in the process of being painted blue...The grounds were in really bad shape and the pool was really a disappointment... However, the inside was clean and had all new appliances, dishes, pots & pans, etc...The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were the best we've had at a VRBO... There was no soap in the bathroom, there was a lot of hair up in the corners of the shower after someone had cleaned it...There weren't enough towels and not enough toilet paper to get through our 5-night stay... We couldn't figure out how to get to the beach from the property so can't confirm the 5-minute walk - we drove all the way down to St Armands and accessed Lido Beach at that public access site...We also were not inclined to walk to St Armand's Circle - would have been quite a trek... Overall, cute on the inside but the outside needs some maintenance and sprucing up...Definitely needs a lot of landscaping attention, including the common pool area...

Great beach cottage
My family stayed at this cottage for a month this summer. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and great location. Diann was there to answer questions and was quick to respond to any concerns that needed addressed. We are looking at the calendar now to see when we can return for future visits.

The cottage was very clean and 3 blocks from a beautiful beach. The bunk bed room does not have a door making it difficult for the little one to fall asleep as it is close to the living room and kitchen. There were no details in the house regarding how to access the beach, things to do or restaurants which would have been helpful. The WiFi password was incorrect and the manager did not answer my call promptly which was a problem as one of us was working from home that day. Once I did get ahold of her she promptly remedied the issue. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were very nice to have and the beach was lovely. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here on Lido key! Pool was warm and quiet! The stove top wasn’t very reliable and laundry room didn’t have coin machine so make sure you bring plenty of quarters! :)
