Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one TIGHT space for parking. Vans, Large SUVs, Pick-up trucks or any other large vehicle will NOT fit and are not approved.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Cute little place in the heart of Siesta Key Village
Perfect place for 1 or 2 people to stay. It was very clean and equipped with everything you need for the beach, making meals, extra bedding, etc. My friend and I have no complaints about our stay. It was wonderful!

This room is a top a pizza restaurant first of all, with parking directly behind it. You are parked within a few feet of the pizza restaurant's dumpster. The smell of this in July is not to be underestimated. The first and only night we stayed there the smell of the dumpster settled inside my car, I can still get a slight smell in there occasionally. The view from the room is of the dumpster and we were awaken at 5:00 am by the trash tuck directly below the window. We packed up and went elsewhere at that point.

The location of this property was perfect! You could walk anywhere you wanted in the village of Siesta Key! The beach was also walkable- only a few blocks away. The apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed- even 2 beach chairs, umbrella, 2 beach towels, and a cooler! This was a huge plus for a couple who flew here and didn’t have those items. It was much appreciated!! It is important for future renters to understand this unit is above a restaurant. The only issue we encountered was the back door slamming after 10pm by the workers. It’s loud because the door is right under the bedroom. This usually only lasted an hour or so. Also- I had no idea the bathroom is located in the bedroom and not in the common area. This wasn’t a problem for us as we only had two of us and didn’t mind! Overall- you can’t beat this location! We love Siesta Key and the village is our favorite part- so it was a perfect rental!

Below Expectations
I’ll start by saying it’s a good location - right on the main Siesta village strip/a short walk to restaurants/the beach. People should be aware this is directly above a popular pizza restaurant. The back door of the restaurant is directly below the bedroom window, and the door quite literally slammed shut and shook the room constantly from 9 pm-12:15 am on Friday night. If you value a more quiet stay and a half decent sleep, this would not be the place for you. The listing said this comes with all the “essentials” - shampoo, body soap or body wash and hand soap. There was not one of these - we couldn’t shower the first full day, was told someone would drop them off in the morning and they didn’t drop it off until late afternoon the following day which to me is not acceptable with the money we’re paying. Our last night was spent trying to kill a huge cockroach that we watched coming in and out of the bedroom through a hole under the bathroom sink. Again, great location - but the place itself for the price is underwhelming, and having stayed in siesta key many times I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Siesta Key is beautiful and the unit is just as described and listed. No issues with parking space. Short walk to beach (approx. 4 blocks) Sand is powder & sun is HOT!! Unit provided beach chairs, umbrella & artic cooler located in closet which was great! All restaurants in walking distance. This is a downtown unit with no pool access and no balcony to unwind outside. There are plenty of places around if that's what you want. We walked to Sunset beach one evening for one of the best I've seen with ceremonial USA tribute at sunset.

Siesta Key Village Unit #2
This property was labeled on VRBO as Siesta Key Village Unit #2. Pictures of the interior were true to its charm, it was clean, a great location and provided beach accessories, which was in walking distance. Howe ever, The exterior pictures where of the Ripfire restaurant and multiple restaurants in the area and the parking area. As well as the picture of the surfboard that said Siesta Key Village.We had never been there and did not recognize that was a public sign. It lead us to believe that it was a entity unto multiple units in Siesta Key Village a unit in the complex. No where did it say it was above a restaurant and labeling it Siesta Key Village Unit #2 was deceptive to us. The back door slamming under our bedroom was disruptive to rest. The parking was tight with 4 cars and the restaurant dumpster. The apartment does not have a dishwasher and the hot water wasn't overly hot in the kitchen. As a healthcare professional I feel that a rental property should have a dishwasher between tenants for public hygiene purposes Unfortunately, my husband and I contacted a GI virus during our stay ,which heightened the need for that appliance and preventing the spread. It had multiple reviews that were excellent, good to okay for the first 8 with 4.7/5 rating. I did not read after those. We enjoyed our stay but will be looking for another place that includes outdoor seating .

In the heart of the action
The place is right in the center of town and like any active town, it is loud most of the time including late at night. This place is great if you do not have a vehicle and want to be able to walk to everything. We were able to walk to all kinds of restaurants and shops. As others mentioned the parking is tight and we were fortunate to only have 2 other vehicles at any one time which made it easier to get in and out. We did have a large truck park in front of the dumpster (spot #4) one day and we could not get our vehicle out, but we did not have to be anywhere so we decided to find something to do in town that day. We loved the town and have added it to our 'repeat' list

This property is the perfect location!
This apartment is right in the middle of the town, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and a short walk to many beach entrances. We enjoyed our apartment thoroughly, and the bedroom closet was the perfect size to put our pack and play so our daughter has some privacy. Would recommend it to anyone!

I will never do business with this owner or with VRBO again. We arrived at the appointed check-in time. Parking for the building is very limited, and each unit has an assigned parking space, with a sign over each space. We arrived to find a car parked in our space. There was no place for me to park, so my wife got out and went in the adjacent businesses trying to find the car’s owner. No luck. We then called the owner and asked him to have the car removed from our space. Instead, the representative suggested we drive around for an hour and see if the car left. We drove around the area looking for a parking space within a couple of blocks, but there were none. We went back to the unit, the car was still in our space. We called the owner again, again the representative refused to tow the car and suggested we stay somewhere else that night and try our space again the next day. At that point we gave up and drove home. We never even set foot in the unit, as we were unable to park anywhere. We requested a refund and were denied. This total lack of cooperation or concern for a renter was unacceptable. In an area with such limited parking, the owner has a responsibility to enforce parking regulations, which they clearly did not. “Drive around until they leave” is crappy advice to someone who drove for 2 hours and spent considerable money to get there. For $300 per night, a parking space should be included and guaranteed. Zero stars.

The property was exactly as pictured and the location couldn’t be beat. The property manager was very responsive and engaged if we needed anything. It was missing some creature comforts (bring your own Kleenex) and be aware that the room is over a restaurant so there will be some loud noise between 10-11pm as the restaurant closes up for the night, but otherwise it’s a great place in the middle of all the action. Would definitely recommend!
