Das Casa De Los Sueños befindet sich in der Wohnanlage Hermosa Heights in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Der luxuriöse Außenbereich - Pool, Poolbar, Grill und Liegefläche - bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den Pazifischen Ozean !!

Der Eingang öffnet sich zu einem formellen Essbereich und einer Küche. Es wurden keine Kosten für die Geräte oder das Design gescheut. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 70-Zoll-Fernseher mit einer vollständigen Sammlung von DVDs und blauen Strahlen. Außerdem gibt es eine PS4, einen Apple-Fernseher, einen Amazon Fire Stick-Fernseher und Alex.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem kalifornischen Kingsize-Bett und einem 49-Zoll-Smart-TV. Das Hauptbadezimmer bietet raumhohen Blick auf den Pazifik mit einer fantastischen Dusche und einer großen Whirlpool-Badewanne.

Es gibt direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und Pool / Bar, Whirlpool, Grill, Liegestühlen und Außendusche. Der Infinity-Pool mit zwei Rändern bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Die Steinfassade fügt sich perfekt in die umliegenden Hügel ein und verleiht dem Außenbereich das Gefühl, Teil der Natur zu sein.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und eine Workstation. Alle Zimmer haben einen eigenen Zugang zu einem Balkon mit Blick auf den Poolbereich und das Meer. Die Workstation verfügt über eine Frühstücksbar, an der Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee oder Smoothie oder einen Snack zubereiten können. Das Gästezimmer hat einen großzügigen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es gibt ein zweites Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem kalifornischen Kingsize-Bett und einem 48-Zoll-Smart-TV. Das Badezimmer ist identisch mit dem im Erdgeschoss.

Incredible!
We loved this villa and will definitely return! My husband and I, our 2 college aged daughters, and my parents all came for spring break. This place was perfect! We felt very safe in the gated community, and spent a lot of time at the property. It was extremely luxurious and the infinity pool was breathtaking. Location is close to groceries and beachside restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing views!
This place is amazing! There is nothing better than going out on an excursion and settling into your own pool. The bedrooms were spacious and every room had their own bathroom. The three couples were able to have their own space but yet comfortably hang out on the deck or around the dining room table. Would definitely do this again.

We Love This House and Area
We (three adult siblings) had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house. It has a luxurious and classic vibe, not the super modern and sterile style that has become so abundant these days for homes and certainly a home that has everything to make you feel at home. The property management office is at the entrance to the community (and so is the spa!), which was nice when picking up keys.

Casa de Los Suenos is a fantastic home not to be missed. The view is gorgeous, the pool is amazing and the inside of the home is very comfortable and spacious! Tremendous views
Had a wonderful relaxing time! Well equipped with everything you'll need. The space was perfect for 3 couples and each had their own master suite and the pool area is perfect for hanging out comfortably. The men made friends with the 2 tarantulas hanging in the BBQ area (locals swear they won't hurt you!). We did have some significant water issues while staying there, and ZINDIS group made it right. So, wouldn't plan on utilizing the bathtub or anything luxurious as we had to ration water significantly and we had 3 partial days with zero water for flushing toilets, drinking/cooking etc and had to haul water from pool to the bathrooms. The guests at the house next door said they had no issues with water so seemed to be the house more than community, but who knows? If water issues are fixed by the community- we would definitely stay there again! Water issues were a pain and inconvenient, but we didn't let it ruin the beautiful surroundings and were still totally able to relax. We did get charged extra for late check in even though it wasn't our fault- flight was almost 2 hours late due to plane issues, so car rental had marked us as a no show which took us extra time, all resulting in us getting to the property 15 minutes late, so plan ahead- check in to property went fast.

Great house, awesom views and excellent location. The two master bedrooms worked great since we had two couples. The western art made us feel at home away from Texas. Casa de los Sueños is truly the House of Dreams!
From the moment you arrive at Casa de los Sueños you will be mesmerized! This very large luxury home sits on the mountain side of Hermosa Heights gated community. The view is extraordinary! The photos online do not due it justice! The house is very comfortable, spacious, kitchen fully stocked, infinity pool overlooks the pacific ocean, the outdoor grill kitchen and swim bar made us feel like we were in our own resort. The Zindis management office is very friendly, accommodating and they respond immediately to any questions. They helped us book our in-house chef for a couple of nights and a couple of excursions. The Liberia airport is 30 min drive and I highly recommend renting well in advance a 4 wheel drive vehicle so you can get around. The nice grocery store is a 10 minute drive and the beaches are close by. We loved Playa Hermosa, Playa del Coco and Playa Ocotal. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. You might come here for adventure or to relax but regardless the hardest part is leaving.

Winter getaway…
Villa de Los suenos is well equipped and has excellent views of the ocean. It is located in a gated community and is close to several excellent restaurants and amenities. It is a shade lovers paradise as the position of the house allows for hours of shade - if you want to soak in the sun, you will need to spend a lot of time in the pool or choose head to the beach which is a short walk away.

A Beautiful Place to Celebrate the Big 60
We started planning a summer trip back in Feb. to mark a big birthday (aren't they all?). When we happened upon the listing for Casa De Los Suenos, we knew we had found the perfect place. We traveled with another couple, and there was more than enough room to spread out and enjoy our privacy. We'd had groceries purchased (a nice service option) so the house was stocked when we arrived. The furnishings were very comfortable and there really wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already in the house. And having spent 15 years living in Texas, we appreciated the various Texas touches throughout the home (the OU gnome in the rock bed was hilarious). The pool was a hit with all four people, and we spent time in it every day we were there. We had rented a vehicle (recommend it), and as other reviews have noted, the grade up to the home was extremely steep. My spouse had to channel long-lost manual shift skills, but muscle memory pulled us through! We did have a maintenance emergency while there, and though hesitant to call the house manager at 7 a.m., we felt it was necessary. She was gracious and sent help quickly. Found out later it was her day off! As for dining out: we tried many restaurants based on reviews, but meeting an American couple one evening who have lived in Playa Hermosa for some time guided us to some of the best. Try Hacienda Blu Beach Lounge & Grill, and Hotel Bosque Del Mar. In summary, if we ever travel back to Playa Hermosa, we would happily stay at Case De Los Suenos.

Renters Beware
Property was nice with great views and location. However, renters beware! You should treat this property like a rental vehicle and point out any blemish when you arrive. Two weeks after our stay we where charged $750 for a dent they claimed we put in refrigerator door which we definitely didn't do. Their proof was a before picture when the fridge was brand new with manufacturer labels still on doors and ice maker. They admitted many people had stayed in the property since then so they basically had no proof it wasn't like this before we arrived but they want return my $750 which I feel is a scam. Never experiences this at other VRBO properties so I would avoid this one.

Hermosa Heights Heaven
Casa Del Los Suenos was the perfect property for our recent stay in Playa Hermosa. The home was beautiful, just as it appears in the pictures on the Vrbo site. and the view of the beach over the pool was spectacular, especially the sunsets. The house is well-equipped with all that a family or group needs during their stay. There are even a few pool floats, beach chairs, coolers, etc. available in the laundry area. The hill up to the house is VERY steep, so you'll need a car with some power to get up the hill. Also, the Guanacaste area is pretty hilly in general. The local restaurants are excellent, particularly Ginger, AeroSport, and a few others right down at Playa Hermosa beach. Great seafood and drinks abound! The only slight negative was the constant small brush fires in the area. This made the air pretty smoky at times. Great home, great visit!

From the pictures to communication with the Zindis group everything was perfect!!! House represented as pictured and when car rental became iffy they even sent over recs- the shuttle transport to the car lot the driver was waiting for us, the directions to how to connect with Maria by the house was texted and communicated very well, offer to pre purchase food so it was waiting for us after arriving at 9pm was wonderful, one less thing to worry about for breakfast following day !!! They also will coordinate excursions!!! One piece of advice- don’t cheap out on car rental do the 4 wheel drive. The hills and getting around was a tad challenging for our little 4 cylinder front wheel drive car.

The name of the house “Casa de los Sueños” describes exactly the place: House of Dreams.
The views, the decor, the ambiance and the positive attitude of all the people involved in the rental process (Marilyn, Milena, Angelica, Ian) and the owner who personally made sure things were to our liking when we had a couple of unexpected minor issues with the oven and grill sink , made this stay an unforgettable one! We stayed there for 13 nights and could easily stay there for another 13, 26, 39…. Paradise on earth! Don’t look any further! Stay here! Trust me on that one!! 😜😜😜😜

Casa de los Sueños was indeed that, a dream property. From the moment of arrival, we were awe struck with the view and expansive size of the home. It was clean, well maintained and inviting. The management team provided a great experience throghout the stay helping us feel welcomed + cared for.

Looked exactly like pictured!!
Everything was very smooth and comfortable! The only negative comment is there were fires on the hillside (didn’t realize this was a normal thing they do), so it was Smokey inside house for 2 days. Nothing they could have done really, just maybe a heads up to expect this would have been nice. Other then that, I highly recommend staying here ❤️❤️❤️
