Sunset House - schöne Umgebung und Aussicht

Wir nennen unser Haus das "Sunset House", weil die Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon des Hauptschlafzimmers spektakulär sind und Sie jeden Abend eine Zeit reservieren möchten, um sich im mehrfarbigen Schein zu sonnen. BITTE LESEN SIE UNSERE BEWERTUNGEN. Für das Geld finden Sie keinen besseren Ort! Wir haben kürzlich viele Annehmlichkeiten im Haus aktualisiert. Außerdem befindet sich der "Pin" nicht an der richtigen Stelle. Wir sind nicht in der Innenstadt von Playa Coco, sondern auf einer Klippe mit Blick auf die Stadt und die Coco Bay. Wir befinden uns in Los Altos de Cacique, einer privaten Anlage zwischen Coco und Playa Hermosa.

Wir sind sicher, Sie werden nirgendwo einen besseren Wert finden. Wir haben eine Qualität 2200 m² Haus mit Preisen besser als lokale Qualität Hotels. Je nach Saison können wir bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 10 Tagen 8%, bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 30 Tagen 15% - 20% gewähren.

1) Klare, herrliche, unverbaute Sicht auf die Berge und das Meer von einer großzügigen Terrasse, dem Pool, dem Hauptschlafzimmer mit Balkon / Bett, einem der Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und einem Blick aus dem Wohnbereich. Du siehst nicht über Dächer oder Baumwipfel hinweg.

2) Kurze Fahrt mit dem Auto zu 3 schönen Stränden

3) Großes geräumiges Haus (2200sf) mit einem schönen Infinity-Pool. Alle Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Edelstahlgeräte und schöne Duschen.

4) Top-Management, das seit Jahren dort lebt und fließend Englisch, Spanisch und Französisch spricht. Er kann Sie bei allem unterstützen, was Sie möchten

5) Unsere sichere Lage in Los Altos de Cacique ist ausgezeichnet. Monkeys oft durch zu kommen. Jedes Haus ist Brauch. Große Restaurants sind 5 Minuten entfernt.

6) 40 Minuten vom ausgezeichneten Surfen in Tamarindo. Eine Seilrutsche ist nur 25 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ein schöner Wasserfall / Schwimmbereich ist ca. 35 Minuten entfernt.

7) Wir sind 5 Minuten zwischen dem Nachtleben, guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guten Restaurants in Playa del Coco und einem wunderschönen "Blue Star" Strand und eleganten Restaurants in Playa Hermosa.

Wow. Not sure where to start. 1. EZ to find and great management communication 2. My teenage daughter is a runner and non US destinations make me nervous. This place was one of the only with sidewalks in the town and the area felt very safe. 3. Great views. Kids loved the pool and we loved the scenery. 4. stay here!

Beautiful and comfortable home -- even during a tropical storm!
The house was spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. It had three large bedrooms and a large yard making it perfect for a group or family. The living areas were open-plan, with large glass windows that allowed the natural light to flood in. Despite the fact that we were there during Tropical Storm Sara and saw very little sunshine – the house was clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat from the storm. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the ocean and lush hills in the distance and within a short drive to all the amenities we needed: grocery stores, restaurants, and a lovely local beach. The property was also fully stocked with beach towels and snorkling gear.

Easy to get to, check process super easy, house was clean. Owner was super flexible, and was very attentive. Lots of extras especially w beach gear that came in handy. So many great and remote beaches nearby. Loved them and the view!

Wonderful stay in Coco
Wonderful view and pool, the ice maker in the fridge was a great bonus! Francisco was great to deal with made sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor furniture could be upgraded as well as master bed mattress. Definitely need a vehicle, property is close to Coco Beach but up a very steep hill. Views were amazing and overall a great stay.

Nice house with wonderful views from several ares on the property and a great pool. The kitchen was good for cooking. It was clean and it was great for relaxing. The kitchen has a sliding glass door with no covering and that might bother some people. Communication was great. The only issue we had was that the listening mistakenly said it was a 3 min walk to Coco Beach and it would have been at least 15 mins on a very steep, no sidewalks,

Amazing Location
The views from this house were spectacular! My kids loved swimming while watching the sunset and underneath the stars. We got to see crazy storms roll by and enjoyed the small town of Coco and it’s nearby beaches. Definitely don’t be afraid to drive down some back roads to find smaller or more secluded beaches- we got to some that were just beautiful! The house itself could use some updates. Small kitchen appliances were out of date or slightly damaged. New outdoor cushions that are not torn or don’t fit the chairs would go a long way to help this space feel more put together/inviting. Over all, this house was great AND a few maintenance touches would help tremendously.

Great location, have stayed in same neighborhood previously. We had a slight mix up with the entrance code but resolved it on our own, #'s were reversed for the key box entrance. Ants were everywhere upon entrance. Dead & alive crawling up & down walls. In the floor around windows. Baths & bedrooms were clean but beds are sub standard. You should.consider replacing with Foundations & new mattress. Weeds in back yard along with hose & old lounge chair. I moved the hose & chair, they were unsightly. Weather & view were lovely. Sorry but i expected a little better because i know the neighborhood.

Wonderful!!!
We had the most wonderful stay at Sunset House. The property itself it beautiful. Every day we enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool (with Michael the lizard keeping a watchful, if wary eye on us). The view from the house is absolutely spectacular and we loved how open and spacious the home is. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinners in, and we made great use of the fantastic outdoor grill. Mornings spent drinking coffee on the balcony outside of the master bedroom became a treasured ritual, and we have so many photographs of the sunset which is -spectacular. I also managed to photograph a comet and the Southern Cross which is not something visible to those of us from the Northern Hemisphere. We had a great time visiting nearby beaches including Playa Ocotol, Playa Hermosa, Playa Panama and – of course, Playa Flamingo. (I do not recommend following the Waze shortcut to get to Playa Flamingo as it will have you crossing a creek!) We also visited Poza Los Coyotes which was magical! We also spent an afternoon beach hopping with Marcy (contact through website My Tan Feet) going to secluded, crystal water beaches that can only be reached by boat. Dining out we had great meals at Mar Azul and Numu Taproom and Bistro. Our favorite was Verde Salvia on Boulevard Playas del Coco. This chef-owned restaurant serves authentic Italian food by an Italian trained, Italian born chef. Our second time at the restaurant we managed to book the chef’s risotto tab

Loved the location, and home, descriptions were accurate. Only downfall, is it is in need of basic maintenance. Lawns could have been mowed, lawn furniture very weather fatigued and there was something very wrong with the grey water septic. we had to plug all drains to keep odors at bay.

Our Anniversary at Sunset House
We went to celebrate our 25th Anniversary with two of our children, Bernie helped me with the venue for the celebration , which was beautiful and amazing fine dining and with the flowers place , I was able to order a beautiful cake from a local bakery which was the best cake we ever had ! And trust me we have had many cakes . I love cakes for all occasions! ( ElPastelero ) when it comes to the condition of the house , yes it needs serious TLC … new furniture , new mattresses, the ones right now are very uncomfortable, it needs paint , the porch and pool area also are in need of furniture , so as the master bedroom furniture . the sunset there is amazing , the views from the property are breathtaking…we really enjoyed the views and the property layout. Overall we had 11 amazing days there but with so little money the house can be a 5 star rental. I understand is Costa Rica but the bugs are everywhere .. ants specially, that almost ate my 12 year old alive which means it needs pest control inside and out . Also the neighbors dog do bothers every morning and also scapes and comes to the house , which I didn’t like because I had my girls with me . As far as fishing … I booked a fishing trip with The fisherman they use and it wasn’t great so beware .. he didn’t want to go deep fishing , just trolling which I specially requested no trolling since my husband doesn’t like it , in top of that the bait wasn’t good , was old and they weren’t biting , it was a disappointment ( my husband have many years fishing so he knew more than those two guys ) don’t waste your money with that fishing people ! We appreciate the help of Bernie and Thomas but as a traveler I recommend updating that house for better reviews and a comfortable stay for future guest.

Absolutely Gorgeous
We had the pleasure of staying at the property which was absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic views, the pool was phenomenal and the kitchen and BBQ was exactly what we needed to eat from home most of the time. The town is a hop skip and a jump down the hill and had everything that we needed in Coco. The sunsets were magnificent and the way the house sits, it was perfect viewing from the pool. The host and property manager were extremely helpful in getting directions to drive from San Jose and for places to stop on the way for a couple of snacks and a cool beverage. The snorkeling right down the street was fantastic. We cannot wait to schedule another trip at stay here.

1st international trip
This was the best experience I could have asked for. Between Tom and Bernie, all of my questions were promptly answered. I had a change in a flight which resulted in getting to Costa Rica a whole day later than I had originally booked the property for, and Tom made every accommodation to give us a refund and allow for an earlier check in. While staying in the house, Bernie was easily reached via the phone number provided and arranged for a cab to pick us up and bring us to the Coco beach downtown. The view from the pool is unbeatable, every sunset is incredible. The house had a ton of space for all of us, we were 6 adults, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The only other feedback I would give is to have the information for the safe updated.. the welcome card mentioned it required 4 AAA batteries which we had to buy once we got there, but they did not fit in there and the safe actually looks like it might take AA or 9v, it’s unclear. But we weren’t able to use the safe. Although, even without it, we had no issues leaving money and passports in the house and keeping it locked up. Overall I would 100% return to this rental, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!
