I enjoyed the ambiance and presentation of this property. Very calm and serene. Cleanliness standards were the best. Staff were very polite and helpful during my stay.

Questionable Business Practices: We booked our stay at Accra Luxury Apartments @ The Gardens. Upon arrival, we were taken to The Pearl in the City. While an email was sent the night before, we selected and paid for our accommodations in advance; we should not have been moved. When we booked our travel, this was the one negative review noted, and we assumed it was an exception. It appears that this is a normal practice, which seems unethical. When we checked in, we were told they would take us to see The Gardens the following day to verify that the accommodations were comparable. They didn’t follow through. Because the accommodations met our needs and it’s difficult to move a family once settled in, we communicated that we’d stay. In the middle of the stay, they communicated we were moving to The Gardens and we shared that we were not going to be inconvenienced again. It’s important that I share that the staff was kind, the apartment was clean, and had some of the comforts of home. Our primary concern was the unethical business practices. I do understand that different countries may have different business practices, but if you use certain platforms for marketing and booking services, you should definitely adhere to their policies and procedures. For this reason, I do not recommend booking with Accra Luxury Apartments.

The staffs are very friendly and respectful.
