The spacious modern family bathroom is also located on the first floor and has a shower over the bath. There is a separate shower room with WC located off the dining area on the ground floor.

There is a good sized garden comprising a patio area with table, chairs, benches and parasol, with steps leading to a lawned area. A charcoal BBQ is available for use.
