Entire 3 bed 2 bath home to yourselves. Private in-ground pool with privacy, fenced in yard and mature fruit trees. Adorably updated. Fully functioning kitchen. Dog friendly! 1 car garage. Quiet neighborhood conveniently located to everything! Home security system. Only 25 minutes from the airport and Tybee Beach.

Free Wifi. TV's in each bedroom.

We kindly ask that if you are bringing a fur baby, please click "yes" for pets when reserving your booking.

The pool is not heated but it is open year round. It is cleaned every Tuesday by a professional pool company and the grass is mowed weekly. Savannah gets hot, we also have pop up storms which bring out critters, if you’re not familiar with palmetto bugs please do your homework.

Savannah Rental
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property manager was prompt and helpful. The pool was clean and great in the Savannah heat. There was plenty of space for 3 adults and two children and the neutral decor made it feel airy and open. I would not recommend this rental if you’re allergic to pets as it’s pet friendly and there was dog hair left on furniture, floor and bedding. This rental could be a 5 star with a few small upgrades - more bowls and plates, more cutlery, new towels & sheets, newer dinette seating that is table height, box springs, room darkening in primary bedroom.

The listing was just as described and in the pictures. Check in process was very easy. Rachel was very responsive to messages. We loved the pool, and the dogs also loved the backyard. We stayed for 8 nights and worked during part of the week remotely from the house and had no issues with internet. We would definitely stay here again

Less then desirable
Drove up from Florida, arrived at 1:30 am to a dark house and un kept yard. We weren’t sure this was the rental because it was so dark and not mowed. Once in the home the plug ins were so strong the smell was overwhelming. We had our small dog and kids, we were excited to use the pool in the morning but it had not been cleaned and looked like it hadn’t been kept up for months. Very disappointed with the property. No window coverings in the master bath window looked out to the back yard. Fence was not secure to keep my dog safe outdoors. We decided to go to a hotel in the morning and not return. We reached out to host and only received a small credit on the rental. I was expecting a Credit for the nights, we did not stay. We booked for three nights and only received 1/3 of what we paid.

Enjoyed our stay

We booked the home for a quick weekend trip to visit my daughter. The home was exactly as described - very clean, cozy, comfy beds and had all of the amenities needed. We took our dogs with us and appreciated the toys and treats provided by the owner! The home is in a well established, quiet neighborhood which is a plus and is an easy commute to downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. The weather was nice so we were able to take advantage of the pool! Will stay again in the future. Thank you!

Great Stay
Rachel's place was very homey and clean. My friends and I loved the place. The pool was great and the couches were comfy. All the rooms were great, i just wish there was ceiling fans in all the rooms instead of just 1 but i brought my own fan so it was fine. She had everything we needed. Her backyard was very cute and there was a peach tree which was super cute. Highly recommend!

It’s Ok
The house is clean and the neighborhood is convenient. It is very sparsely decorated with only one thin rug so glad we brought our dogs own bed to lie on. There were dog bowls and toys which he loved. The beds were comfortable but the furniture was cheap and falling apart. The pool is large and seemed heated but there were no pool chairs and only a picnic table and a couple wooden chairs by the fire pit. The master bath was tiny with no counter but a shelf was available. The shower was too small for my husband to use. The kitchen has no cutting knives or baking dishes. Think the house is good for a weekend visit but wasn’t a great fit for us for 2 weeks.

Nice place for what we needed
We came to Savannah for a baseball tournament for my son. This home was perfect for what we needed. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our own breakfasts/meals. It was also nice to have a fenced in yard for our pup. It was in a great location for us to get to the baseball fields easily, restaurants and downtown Savannah two of the four nights. All rooms were clean. I’m not sure the floors were cleaned well because when I wiped up spilled water, the paper towel was filthy, but we wore our shoes/slippers most of the time anyway. The backyard could have been better maintained but it is winter and it didn’t stop us from enjoy sitting outside. We did have a little hiccup with plumbing but Rachel the host was extremely responsive and willing to help immediately. Probably the best responsiveness I’ve ever experienced with a VRBO so that was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Stay
We ended up not bringing our dogs but thought the dog treats left out by the host were so special. So there were 3 adults that stayed and we all thought the place was super nice, comfortable and not to far from our daughters home. We will definitely be staying here again. I stayed home with a sick dog but my husband loved the pool to cold plunge. Thanks again Kevin and Kim Clark

Thanksgiving Stay
The house was very cute, clean and was perfect for our family. I really enjoyed looking out at the pool but it was a little too chilly for us to swim. The owner was very thoughtful about having floats for the pool, play toys and treats for furry friends as well as treats for humans :) When we arrived, there was already some holiday decor with lights. I really appreciated the fact that some general use products were left instead of having to buy every little thing just to throw it away at the end. It was a good location for us to visit our family and downtown Savannah.

We liked this place, it was clean, spacious enough, pet friendly, in a quiet neighborhood; the drive to the downtown area was more like 25 min rather than 15, but it wasn’t a big deal. Nice backyard with a pool. Recommend!

Good location to be able to access other areas of city. Very clean. Appears newly painted. No towel racks in bathrooms and one bedroom didn't have anywhere to put clothes. Seating in living room was low for 6 people. Poor lighting in house that could easily be updated. But the house was great. Had all necessities. Would stay here again and price was fantastic value.

Overall great experience
My family and two dogs traveled to GA and stayed at this property for a week. Check-in was simple and convenient. The house is beautiful and everything is located on one level, which makes it perfect for anyone with mobility issues (just a small stair to get into the house). There is plenty of space both inside and outside and three good sized rooms- one with an attached bathroom. There were a few issues with the bed frames but we did not connect with Rachel about it until after we checked out as we had an extra room to utilize— in hindsight we should have connected with her when we discovered the issue as she was willing to fix it immediately. First time Vrbo-user mistake 😅. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The pool is wonderful and very clean. They have cute solar lights out back along with a fire pit and BBQ. Good amount of space for the dogs to run around and a huge basket of toys to keep them occupied. I’d recommend clarifying check-out instructions regarding cleaning and other responsibilities.

Perfect long weekend experience
Having the private pool was the best! The pool was warm and perfect! We spent most of our time in it. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to many things. We also enjoyed the outdoor picnic table, that is on the porch under a roof. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return at some point!

Very comfortable house and fantastic pool.
The house is in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood, the hosts were very quick to respond to any communications and left treats for the dog and toys for dogs too! Comfortable and clean with a gorgeous pool which kept the kids entertained. Only 20 mins to downtown Savannah. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is nice clean with pool and all the Amenities. Sits in a nice Quiet neighborhood near colleges, military base, food, Walmart, mall, shopping and downtown district. Host is great and prompt with response.
