„I've stayed in pretty much every highly rated rental home in the area over the last 4 years and this is by far the best. Unlike most rentals, they did a very high end remodel on this one. The flooring, fixtures, appliances, beds etc. are all really high quality. The kitchen is the most well supplied we've ever come across. The decor is a bit funky but the house is spotlessly clean. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and the check in check out process was a breeze... I just wish it was around ...

„The property is ok, but not great. Lacks updated amenities (there isn't a dishwasher and other appliances are old) and the AC and internet did not work for us. The location is also not clear and we had to call the property owner to ask where it was. Thankfully, he answered on the first call and directed us to the door. it was also not very clean, there were stains on the sheets and carpet was dirty. “

„I didn't expect the apartment was located by a railroad track and a dog compound. the folding chair when I sat down was already broken and I fell on the floor, I didn't expect that renovation was going on at other apartments in the complex. „We rented this little house for our family because our son was playing in the Middle school basketball tournament at U of I. The house was located within 10 minutes of U of I and was more spacious than a hotel room. The owner allowed us a late check-out, which was very nice since my son's last game wasn't until 2 p.m. on the day of checkout.“
