The primary bathroom has twin vanity sinks, a swanky tile walk-in shower, and a high-end washer/dryer to handle all your laundry needs. The other bathrooms are also nicely appointed, with one featuring an oh-so-appealing soaking tub. By the way, the Carriage House has a super-comfy king bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a full bath, and chic décor.
Stepping outside, you’ll find a large patio and deck area with plenty of seating and outdoor dining options, all nestled in a professionally landscaped wooded backyard— with a fabulous mix of trees, lawn, sculpted gardens, and flat-stone patios and walkways— where peace, tranquility, and privacy reign supreme. There’s also an excellent barbecue grill at one end of the patio, for when you’re looking to do some quality backyard cooking. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect you will need to cancel your vacation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
For guests who would like to bring pets, we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of two (2) dogs under 40 lbs. All pets must be authorized at the time of booking— email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
