„Amazing views right on the beach- exactly what we were looking for. The second king bed is in the loft (not a private room) and shares a bath with the bunk beds in the bonus room. Not a problem, but we thought it was a two bedroom unit. It needs updating but at least a thorough deep clean would be helpful. If you are planning to cook, bring *everything* you will need. Overall we loved it and our time in Destin .Thank you! “

„Pros-we walked in to a code that didnt work and the power was shut off. We called and they picked up quickly and within 5 minutes we where in and had power. „Had a group of 12 friends looking to have a fantasy draft and be on the beach and this property delivered. Right on the water in a private location, with ample beds and room for everyone. Property management was super responsive and helpful. Only issue was the pool not being ready, which we were expecting to be done based on their info on the listing. „Overall great beach trip. Despite the a/c and plumbing issues, both of which were handled expeditiously, this house was perfect for our family beach trip. FYI: The beach gets very crowded in front of the townhouse due to being located directly beside the public beach access. Get up early and claim your spot.
