The house features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor hot tub. It is situated on semi-private Pickerel Lake with 65 feet of private lake frontage. The property boasts a spacious living room, a game room, and 2 decks. Enjoy stunning morning views of Pickerel Lake, a perfect spot for all water sports enthusiasts. You can bring your own pontoon or jet ski and have it docked at our dock during your stay. A free public boat launch is available on the east side of the lake on S Ave. There is also an L-shaped deck where you can enjoy some fishing.

The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, and 3 of the bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. The living room features an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. Additionally, the master bedroom has a private deck overlooking the lake. Outside, there is a patio table with chairs, a propane grill on the deck, and a fire pit with chairs.

The main floor bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with a green tea memory foam mattress, while the master bedroom has a king-size bed and a futon. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over full). A pedal boat and 2 Kayak's are available for use.

Portage, MI is just a 15-minute drive away and offers various restaurants and stores, while Kalamazoo, MI is approximately a 25-minute drive. Nearby attractions include Ramona Park and Air Park, which offers a rope course, bowling, climbing wall, video games, and more.

Your stay includes 2 kayaks and an electric motor boat for fishing. Come, fish, and enjoy your stay! Please note that we have well water, which is safe to use. However, if you prefer, we also have a water dispenser available in the kitchen.
