Deer Trail! Private cabin with hot tub in the woods

Ready to disconnect and relax? Grab a drink and hop in the hot tub, or build a fire in the firepit. Enjoy coffee and a book from the porch while watching the deer and other wildlife wander nearby.
Very convenient location! Only minutes from downtown Fort Payne, Mentone, Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon. Very quiet cabin in the woods!
This cabin shares 20 acres in the woods with a few of our others. Each are spaced out to keep it private and relaxing! It was built in late 2019 and finished in early 2020. It is completely self-sufficient, fully-furnished with all appliances.
We now have Wi-Fi! So, if you *have* to work, or if you're needing to binge watch your favorite Netflix shows, you can now do so!
Each of our cabins have a private hot tub located on the covered back deck, a fire pit, and a campsite style charcoal grill. All of the kitchens are fully equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils you should need to prepare your favorite meals if you're looking to stay in. We use Keurig pod coffee makers in each of our cabins, so grab your favorite blend!
This cabin has a king sized bed.
Things you should know!
All sheets and linens are provided.
We provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine tablet. We also provide a few K-cups to get you started.
According to your length of stay, you may want to bring extra coffee, detergents and garbage bags.
We do not provide any toiletries at this time.
Phone service can be limited, however, we have signal boosters in each of our cabins. AT&T and Verizon seem to work fine, though we have been told that T-Mobile/Sprint users didn't have signal. Having wi-fi now may allow many modern phones to operate over it.

This cabin was the coziest and most comfortable. The neighbors were close enough to not feel isolated, but still far enough away for privacy. I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a little getaway!

Great stay!
Great location close to multiple state parks. Off the beaten path but able to get to restaurants/shops within 15 minutes. The cabin was clean and comfortable and then owner gave great recommendations for food and places to visit! Would stay again!

Sweet little cabin in a great spot!
Absolutely loved the stay here. Arrived at the cabin and opened the door, and the absolutely clean and fresh smell was the first thing we noticed. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything you need to enjoy a quiet weekend is provided for you except for meals, and there are a variety of great places to eat nearby. 10 of 10 would rent again!

This was the perfect getaway for myself & my husband. The place was spotless & secluded & quiet. The hot tub was terrific. & the owner sent a list of local places to eat which we appreciated & the ones we tried were wonderful. Definitely try the Wildflower Cafe & get the tomato pie.

Little slice of heaven
We had an amazing stay! Quiet and peaceful! We got to sit on the back porch drink our coffee and watch the deer graze! Little River Canyon is right up the road. You can walk the trail or drive the scenic route and park at the overlooks. The views are beautiful. The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. The host are great at cummunicating and making sure you are enjoying your stay.

Perfect Getaway!
Hubby and I needed a weekend getaway and this hit the spot! Check in process and communication with Quincy was smooth and easy. This was by far the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed at! Close enough to the adorable town Mentone and Fort Payne if we wanted to go out and about. We chose to stay in and enjoy the fire pit and peace and quiet.
