„We've been visiting Mentone for about 20 years and have stayed in many homes, most of which are wonderful. We enjoyed this cottage more than most. The location is perfect and we spent most of our time on the screened porch, enjoying the view of the valley. The cottage is quirky and fun. We had everything we needed - even made our homemade dog food for our furry friend!“

„We absolutely loved this house. Right on the edge of the brow and even though trees kept us from seeing the entire valley, we saw beautiful sunsets, listened to the train in the valley and watched deer in the morning and evenings. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable even for us "old folks". It was just the two of us but with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it would be great for a family! “

„Beautiful home, nice location. Comfortable furniture. Surprised by a loud pressure washing crew cleaning exterior of house when we returned for dinner. (Host Victoria wasn’t aware they’d been scheduled.) Recommend adding some house numbers to the house to aid in locating. Victoria was very responsive to any questions we had. “

„Amy was wonderful to deal with. The house is perfect for a larger group. The elevator allowed us to bring our 85 year old mom who loved watching us on the boat from the cover porch. „I'm giving this 5 stars, BUT PLEASE NOTE: it was lacking some simple amenities. There weren't any coffee filters (this is a common thing to provide, in my opinion). There was an iron, but no ironing board. There wasn't a hair dryer. „Me and my partner of 7 years wanted to celebrate in Chattanooga and found the perfect place to stay in this cabin. Had a great first impression just driving up to it as it’s surrounded by small ponds and gardens. It was neat and clean, and had a few snacks that I definitely partook in. „Beautiful small cabin in the woods! We stayed for 4 nights in August for a fishing trip on lake Guntersville. The Cabin was exceptionally clean, and the amenities provided was more than we could have asked for. Having a boat the drive way was very inconvenient and difficult to maneuver. It is a steep slope and sits on a sharp turn. The pictures are misleading as it doesn’t show the slope of the drive along with the curve making it very difficult to park, especially with a boat!
