„Property was in good condition and near a lot of great local amenities. We were not able to use the pool because there was no key provided. I asked about it but never heard back. Also, painters were working the first two days we stayed there and we didn't know that would be the case. That's probably a rare occurrence, though “

„We were in Scottsdale for a couple of days at the end of our winter family vacation trip to Arizona and were looking for a place that offered heated outdoor pool. John’s house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the house and the pool. The neighborhood was nice and we had easy access to the highways to get around town. John had a small welcome basket of snacks waiting for us which we all appreciated. “

„We really enjoyed staying at this property! We loved the heated pool and the fully stocked kitchen. The house had a lot of extra towels (for both the pool area & showering) and the house was very clean when we checked in. My kids enjoyed the extras - the shuffleboard table, some of the kid toys/books that were available. Thanks for a great place to stay!“

„It was great other than a very strict email from the owner and they were watching us outside in the back on video. Also didnt find out until the last day before we got there that we need to pay for the pool to be heated and to use the hot tub. “

„The house and neighborhood were great. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The only negatives were a missing remote for the master bedroom TV, the screen door needs to be put back on the eating area patio door and the hot tub cover needs to be replaced. None of those things negatively impacted of enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay at this house for our next visit to Scottsdale.“

„This unit is fantastic. The park is yards away. There is a peaceful back patio that gets lots of sunlight. Kitchen is modern with a nice induction stove. Property manager is accessible and helpful. “

„It was overall a nice stay and I know how important reviews are to owners so these issues were not terrible. However for a 1k deposit you sort of expect perfection. There were no coffee pods, even though they did deliver some after we said something (we already went out and bought some). The screen door was off the track, the garage remotes didn't work, the breaker for the bathroom had to be flipped upon arrival. The second day the code did not work and someone had to give us a key instead of ...

„We loved the house and was in a great location close to hiking, shopping and the airport. We especially loved a 3 bedroom home for a family of four with 2 teenagers. The outside patio, fireplace and fire pit where highlights as we enjoyed the space each day of our trip. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. Only negatives were lack of pans to cook with, no laundry pods to do laundry and toilet paper supply was light for 7 day stay and we had to buy extra.“

„The resort is very nice and has amenities that are good. We found that the "daily refresh" from the cleaning staff was very inconsistent, sometimes they cleaned everything and took an hour, the next time they were inside for 5 mins and didn't replace all the towels. They also came too early sometimes...I'm on vacation, I don't want my room cleaned at 9:30am. I would also ask that the staff spoke more English, I do not speak Spanish and that was often a barrier.
